Terrible service and they don't know how to work with Spanish-speaking clients. I do not recommend this place, they have no interest in working or attending to the needs of clients nor do they provide Solutions. Terrible service.

AT&T store on Raeford Road. Young lady in there was rude offered no assistance for me. And told me I had to wait until my original salesman got back from lunch before I would be helped when I was purchasing a new phone and iPhone 15

A little under a week ago a friend of mine was contacted by an AT&T agent, who offered her several services to organize her lifestyle. With his help, she was able to get her internet for a $0 balance monthly, because she was eligible, and a new phone. When the phone arrived on the next day, the same agent, over the phone, helped set-up her phone as well. The phone was having an issue of dropping calls. So, we went to the store and the agent, who was amazing, was able to fix the issue immediately. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes. " The airplane mode just needed to be reset".

Thanks Ali A., you made it easy and comfortable. My switching from U-Verse to Directv Stream was difficult to do online and it left me with a lot of questions and doubts. I couldn't pull the trigger. After going to a different store, calling the main line multiple times and being told our issue was unresolvable, Maria L. at this location was able to effectively and efficiently problem solve our issue to put my husband and I on the same plan with phone upgrades.

I went 2 times in the last 4 months and the ladies working there are very rude.I can't specifically say who because they were in groups of 2-3. Every time I went into the store, you can feel how dense the atmosphere is, especially with how rude and intense they all are.

Wesley Wilshusen is an excellent employee. He helped my husband and I who are almost eighty change our iPhones and TV service to AT&T from Xfinity. Not only is he very intelligent, he is patient and kind.

Went into the Sawdust store today very disappointed with AT&T service talked to Timon ( store manager) this person needs a pay raise. Over and above in helping me. It was such a relief to get ahold of someone who cares he took time to get me the help I need 10 stars out a 1-5 star
