Recently had 3 fraud issues along with a scam from a nationally recognized merchant. My first visit to this Bank of America was very helpful with a tremendous response from Mr. Lorenc Bushi.He expressed concern and understanding as he walked me through the original claim process. The second visit involved both Jessica Trejo and Stephanie Garza due to heavy walk-in traffic to the branch that day. Both bankers were thorough, genuine in their rapport with me, and professional in their handling of my issues. I've been back 4 other visits and dealt with Ms. Garza three times and Mr. Bushi another time.I wish for customers in this area to know that the bankers at this location are phenomenal. I drive out of my way to visit this Bank of America branch just because of the bankers at this location.

This branch is typical of the quality of Bank of America Branches in Texas. It's hard to imagine why Merrill Lynch bought such a bank that has the worst customer service and frequency of fraud than any bank in the U.S. The alleged manager of this branch, Dorinda, is irrational, vindictive, makes up her own rules and claims they are bank rules. I suspect she also racially profiles and asks for unusual verification of deposits based on a client's last name, even when the signatures on the check are verified to her by speaker phone, from all parties, that includes the insurance adjustor who wrote the check, and one of the two recipients of the check who had to sign and mail it by Fedex to the second recipient for deposit. Before approving the deposit, she insisted I send the check back to the first recipient via Fedex for a stamp on the back of the check, next to his signature. He thought it was absurd, but we are at the mercy of a very peculiar woman who sees herself as "Mrs. Big." I Fedexed the check back to the first recipient for a "stamp" to prove that it is his signature (even though he told her it was), and she could see that the phone numbers matched the names of the callers. At an extra expense of $50, we are fedexing the checks back and forth between San Antonio and The Woodlands. Then, Dorinda looked at me with a vindictive expression and said, even when you try to deposit it again, I may not approve it. The check is a mere $4000. If this does happen, I will contact my IRA broker at Merrill Lynch and have him intervene, and quite honestly, seeing all these bad reviews of this branch, I question why Dorinda is still employed?

The fact I deposited 1,280 dollars into their ATM and was credited 300.00 is insane only for me to call and have to dispute my hard earned money as if it’s my fault the machine defaulted. 980.00 for my bills that are now late. Deposit made 09/06 and I have to wait 09/21 for a “Provisional Credit” should be against the law. I’m assuming they will call my car lot along with the rest of my late payments and explain how their machine defaulted and took my money! Not to mention the message in the photo… so if you can’t determine the amount I put in the ATM why not return all of it vs. keeping it and putting it into the hands of people I don’t even know or trust to say yes this machine had a 980.00 outage. When this is over and done I can promise my account will be closed!! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Treat your customers with more decent courtesy as we trust you with our money only to be treated as if we’re committing some type of fraud!! I never asked your machine to have a default only wanted to deposit money and pay my bills!!

I came here to comment about that same condescending rude lady that other reviewers are talking about. The light brown skinned lady in glasses needs an attitude check. Not sure if she’s unhappy with life and bringing that bad attitude with her to work and spreading that bad energy, but whatever it is, it needs to be addressed.

Would do 0 if possible. 1 Cashier extremely rude ( others great). Seems rules and policy change all the time. Will not come back will not have company do business. Cashier refused to give receipt of transaction so could not get her name. Explains low review of this location.. Read other reviews very repetitive!!! Very Negative.!

Deposited a check at The Woodlands branch at their ATM machine because the inside was busy. Do it all the time. Get a notice that they could not process and could not return the check. Went inside and they told me the ATM was eating checks yesterday. WHY DIDN't YOU PUT A SIGN ON IT YOU IDIOT! then an 866 phone number. I've been on the phone with them for 45 minutes and they have to make a claim and the funds won't be available for up to 10 days! Been looking for a reason to switch banks and now they've given me one!

Worst branch ever!! I’ve been banking here since 1997 and that is the ONLY reason I’m still I customer. The front check in lady is condescending and rude! Even the most simplest process takes forever to get done. They definitely do not make it stress free and easy to be a customer!! I need to man up and find a new bank!

Jessica Trejo the relationship manager here is amazing I needed some documents notarized and was having problems at other locations she helped me immediately and got me all taken care of and was so kind and very attentive and caring. Amazing service!

make sure you count your money before you place it in because for instance I put an 80 and it only accounted for 60 and this has been an ongoing problem every time I go the ATM takes my money! I will be having the money replaced due to the ATM mess up but be careful at these ATMs

The staff have always been very friendly and quick. They do have a drive-thru, but it has been closed for well over a year - maybe two. It's misleading to tell people you have a drive-thru when it's not open.

Very disappointed that this is the nearest banking center open on a Saturday and they don't have a notary. Service has really gone down.
