Customer service is pretty poor. 3 people in line with just cashier (other one is at lunch). Two other employees just sitting there...one of them could easily substitute the absent cashier. And the cashier that IS working has spent 20 minutes (and counting) on a single customer. I already lament my decision to open an account here (thanks to the terrible online banking) and was here to close my account. Will be sticking with Chase.

Jerreau Richardson is one of the rudest bankers in the world. I drove one hour to this location to open an account. Upon arriving I request to use the rest room. Well, Jerreau told me the restroom is for clients only. I advised him that I was there to open an account. He told me that he was the only banker available and to come back after 3pm. The current time was around 9:20am, so this location had just opened and there was just one customer. I drove all that way to be refused a restroom and instructed to come back hours later. He told me I couldn't use the restroom until I opened my account. And he wanted me to wait 6-7 hours later to come back to open the account. I shocked at the way I was treated. I did find another location about 10 mins away on 45. They allowed me to use the restroom and they opened my account. Jerreau is running all this branch business away. They needs to reconsider his job or provide him with the proper training. It's funny cause base on the reviews I'm not the only one experienced this is issue with him.

Mr. Jarreau was RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!! Two people could not assist me.I usually have no complaints banking with BBT (Truist). I’ve been banking with them for years with no issues. At this particular location, Mr. Jarreau was trying to be professional, but was rude in helping me with a SIMPLE name change in the system. I provided my social, birth certificate, license, and marriage certificate and was still unable to change my name! There was information with both my marriage name and maiden name on it. I stated that I move constantly due to my husband’s job, but that apparently didn’t matter. I literally went to a bigger location, presented them the same information, verified my information in the system and was able to get my name changed. The customer service at the I-45 location was outstanding and I would recommend going there before choosing this location.

Excellent service from Mary Ellen, Daniel & Jarreau. Couldn't have asked for a better branch. Great customer service and personable group. From a Business Account setup perspective it was excellent service.

Concierge banking at it's finest. When I bought my truck I financed it through the dealer to get some incentives. Their rate wasn't that grate. So I shopped around the refinance it. My banker was Mary Ellen Perkinson Sh'e very knowledgeable about the services that BB&T provide. Mary was able to knock a year off of my note with the payment being about 60.00 less a month.
