PNC is the old Compass BBVA. I needed a "signature guarantee" which includes the Medallion stamp, so I tried a few areas out here where I live. All locations need you to have a bank account with them, which is difficult for those of us living in the ether. I even offered to pay for it at a few where I did not have an account. Anyway, PNC also requires this, so I figured my old BBVA account would work. It didn't, they couldn't find it. I drove 45 minutes to get there, so I just opened an account since I was very tired of trying to get a stamped signature. The good news is that the Maxx Smith, the banker, was really great to work with. I did open an account to get this stamp but Maxx made it worth it....so yeah, I'd use them if I lived in the Woodlands again.

I've had an account with BBVA, now PNC, for over 10 years. Took my 18 yr old son to open an account In Person but they would not do it without a second form picture ID. Unless he had a current school ID or passport, they had zero options. So we went home and he opened an account online with Chase Bank instead. Easy- Took five minutes and he was all set. There are so many other options out there. Not sure why PNC wants to make it so difficult.

Our PNC Banker Jacob provided excellent service and was extremely patient and effective in helping us understand the answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him and the Cochran's Crossing PNC Bank branch. Thank you Jacob!!

Needed a notary, they had one available but wouldn't help me because I'm not a customer. Now I for sure won't ever be one either.

Went into this location to set up a new checking account. The customer service was outstanding. Gladys Escobar and Stephanie Garcia were so friendly. They made sure I understood all that BBVA had to offer, walked me through the process of online/mobile banking, and treated me and other individuals that walked in like family. Glad I chose this bank!!
