This bank is terrible. They have the most incompetent and unintelligent people I have ever seen. They don't want to help you. They ignore you and don't know the services they are supposed to provide. This was one of the work experiences I have ever had while living in Houston. They should be fired and new competent staff brought in.

They hold my money from check for almost a week. I came to the bank to cash money all the employees came and started to investigate me infront of another customer verify me asking me about my social security number, even they have my ID and my bank card. And they asked my where do I work and what my address, and name of my spouse. I spent almost an hour while it was just me and one client that showed up. It was embarrassing. How they treated me like if I am scammer.

Worst bank ever existed. This bank is making us pay double pay on our services bacause they have no data from BBVA conversion. I had perfect credit history and they mark me late and they are saying I never paid my monthly loan payment when I'm showing the proof that I paid. This people are thieves and when we called this branch they hung up on us. I personally know 5 people that they are experiencing the same issue with them. Don't do banking with this people.

The branch itself is ehhh…customer service was okay until towards the end of my visit. Automatic payments still go through even when you don’t have them set up. I was assured by at least 4 people that I have no automatic payments set up. The website tells me differently. I showed her a form that I wanted her to print out so I can sign it. No such luck. Whatever. Now I have no money for food, school, books, gas, oil change for my car, etc. In my opinion BBVA was a much better bank. I was with them for 11 years and never experienced any problems like this. Only a few months with PNC and this happens. As soon as all this gets sorted out I’m switching banks. Adios!

The Branch Manager Alisheia West is amazing! She truly cares about her customers. She is reason I still have an account with PNC. I live by Hobby Airport and after trying 5 of the nearest branches and basically being blown off and not helped I called the branch I started with BBVA at and Alisheia answered. She immediately gave me reassurance she would do all she could to help. I drove an hour to see her and she was able to fit me into her busy schedule and resolve an issue that I did not think was possible to fix. She spent 2 days making sure my issue was resolved and her communication and professionalism with me was excellent. I wish there were more people in banking like Alisheia.

Recent change over to PNC. Visited this branch to take out $4400 for a fence project. Was told they didn’t have any cash. First time I’ve ever been told that by an actual bank. Very concerning. Will definitely be leaving this bank ASAP.

Wanted to speak with a supervisor concerning a issue with my payroll check and was told they have no one I can talk too. Once things ckear up will be closing this account with them not a good bank

DO NOT GET CONNED INTO ANY TYPE OF LOAN. They lied to my face about the terms of a personal loan and they hide the payoff and interest from your statements etc.

Thanks for closing the drive thru on Saturdays and looking out for my health I was worried I'd catch covid from sitting in my car by the prompt and die the next day, but now I can be late on payments. Y'all are really looking out for me. Thank you

I had a great experience with Paula at this branch, she was wonderful, nice and very helpful. The bank as a whole is horrible. I initially setup an account online. Once it was setup and confirmed, I changed my direct deposit. They froze the account and it took weeks to get my paycheck since they wouldn't receive it. I went into the branch to finalize it and set it up. While in there I was offered a credit card as a "pre-approval" and applied. They had to get more info and have been reviewing it ever since with no answer over a month later. The ATM outside the bank has not work even one time that I have tried to use it, the thing is always broken and there is no ATM inside. Today I called to increase my transfer limit on my account. At every single bank I have ever interacted with before, you are always able to increase that. I tried to do so and they don't allow it. They are requiring me to do two separate transactions, which means...you guessed it, double the fees. I used their online "Call Me Back" feature and it never worked. I called them and spoke to an agent. I asked him about this and when he said they don't do that, I asked to speak with a manger to confirm. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said ok and then hung up on me. I am officially done, even though it is going to cost me time to have to setup a new account somewhere else and change over all of my direct deposit info. The customer service, outside of my experience with Paula, has just been incredibly poor. When it comes to a bank, you have to provide good customer experience.

bank has good policies and accounts. communication is OK at best. If they did not have the Checking accounts that they have I would probably bank elsewhere just due to the customer service. I may update this review if the customer service gets better.....or worse....
