Just called to rent a vehicle and the woman I spoke with was kind of rude and short with me. They won't pick you up to get the rental.

Had no problems reserving the car online. Had a delay in picking it up on time as they didn't have any cars available but they were nice enough to call me when it did become available. The car was nice and clean. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and courteous. I would rent from them again as the rate wasn't that outrageous for the weekend. Thanks Budget for a pleasant experience.

They never had the car. They promise something online and when you show up on the place there no cars aviable.

The service is extremely slow because there's only one person working the counter. That same person takes your car from the front to the back, cleans it and brings it back to the front for the next person. You have to wait for that to happen before you can get your turn in line for the same thing. Crazy slow and they could care less !

Do not rent here. I rent often and this is by far the worst place I've rented from.The individual at the front desk had zero sympathy for our case and dared to raise their voice at us when we were simply expressing our frustration with the situation. I make it a point never to yell or get angry with customer service reps, but apparently my patience meant nothing to this person. The rep also very clearly knew there was an issue with the car they rented out. After we returned it they glossed over the car for no more than 15 seconds and pointed out a tiny flaw and of course charged us for it. Budget should make an effort to train their employees to treat people like human beings, and not like objects from which to exploit for extra cash. I did everything in my power to cover flaws that were already on the car when I picked it up, and still got exploited. Additionally, the rep conveniently failed to mention to us that a cheaper rate was available for our reservation at the beginning, again exploiting us for cash.Horrendous service. Horrendous business model. I've only rented from Budget twice, but this will certainly be the last.

They took a reservation for car that showed "available" then called to basically blame me for picking the wrong kind of car on too short of notice. I didn't design your website or promise myself a car. You did. Now I have no way to pick up my son today.

A big shout out to Melinda who went above and beyond to modify our reservation on Saturday July 16th, 2022. As the only agent at the desk, she handled several customer calls (in person and on the phone) and was still able to satisfy our issue and modify our agreement in a very prompt manner. I was very impressed with her calm demeanor and outstanding customer service skills, which is very refreshing given the lack of customer service culture we encounter at many establishments these days. My sister had a reservation a week ahead of time. When we arrived the went through everything and said the car wasn't there yet, we were early for the reservation so we didn't mind waiting but when our time came, I asked if they knew when the car would be NA k and she said they only knew it was late being returned but didn't have a time. When our car came, they told her they couldn't rent a car to her because she was too young, which is fine but why wasn't this mentioned when we first arrived. And before we wasted a hour waiting! Communication is key!

Everyone in the reviews may be talking about the same rude woman because when I called to inquire about renting a car, the woman who answered sounded like a miserable person. She was extremely unhelpful and snappy and when I asked about getting a car, she genuinely didn't sound like she wanted me to rent with them. This place could do so much better if it weren't for that godawful customer service.

Budget two weeks ago allowed me to inspect amd leave their facility with extremely dangerous front tires. I'm sad to say i didn't notice at their site. I drove the car only a few miles noticing immediately the alignment was out. When getting out of the car i was shocked to see the front tires had the steel reinforcement barbs coming through. It is a wonder i didn't have a blow out. When i called and returned the car i was never responded to with empathy or regret. The associate never apologized for the extreme safety hazard or tried to make the situation right in any way. The associate was acting as if i was inconveniencing her and refused a car upgrade when asked. Never asked if there was anything else she could have done. Horrible customer service and i don't doubt the car was rented out again. Don't dont rent here.
