I'm not sure why this location has such negative reviews, but I had a wonderful experience as a walk-in today. Mitchell greeted me with a warm smile upon entering and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Even while multitasking, he listened to my concern, asked for just a moment to wrap up what he was doing, then returned to help me. He was fast and efficient, taking me into a private room to discuss my account so my privacy was protected. Thank you so much, Mitchell!
Just a heads up for others - you'll need time to find street parking, but there's plenty of parking available across the street.

I don't know why people hate this place so much, when I came here to reopen an old account they were very courteous and quick to help. I'd recommend giving them a chance.

No not go here can help the average black person. The woman at the front desk is horrible at doing her job. Can’t even answer my question or teach you about Financial literacy. I had more help with people over the phone with Charles Schwab representative over the phone.

If I could give the a minus -5, i would. Not this location, but the entire company. I had such high hopes for this company. I did my research and talked to a lot of people who had purchased the same stock I was trying to buy, Carnival Cruise line. Everyone said how easy and user friendly it was. It was norther! Their stupid website wouldn't link our bank account. Three tries and almost 3 weeks later, still not linked. Made me miss $250 in stock share onboard credit stock perks and the buying the 100 shares $3 cheaper. Run far away from this company don't believe anything anyone says.Ww had no problem with linking our high yield savings. Maybe its a sign to take our money somewhere else. Definitely not Schawb!

Here at the bank and they could not even deposit my HSA check! Drove in that hot trafic just to scan my own check in the app! I’m going back to bank of america

I can relate and confirm some of the other reviews on this location. Very hard to call the branch and get hold of a person. Hard to make appointments. And walking in - reception isn't very attentive - maybe they are overworked.

Be wary if you are a former TD Ameritrade client. Charles Schwab will not honor promotional codes that you were promised when you signed up for TD Ameritrade during the transition. Will be closing my account and will be advising my family and friends to close their accounts as well.

Have not used their phone line so maybe that's where the negative reviews are coming from but the on person service was great. Very quick and they have treats inside, which is a bonus.

Why can I never talk to anyone at The WOODLANDS location? For almost 2 years I’ve called this location & not once get a live person at this location. Always another State I’m confused I was spoiled with Fidelity around the corner as I knew everyone that worked there & I parked in same parking lot where building is. If it was convenient to go there I would but I have to park in a parking garage & then walk for 10 minutes to get there. I leave messages with the manager and other employees there and they don’t return my calls. Is this new normal?
