They left the security tag on 2 of my items !! And I only got 4 things. I’m an hour from the mall so I attempted to remove them myself and now I have 2 holes. One in each item. It’s ridiculous they have one job to bag the items correctly !! Bad staff member. Very disappointed spent $30+ on clothes with holes in it now.Not to mention, the cashier was going to charge me 50 something, then change the price on an item, then forgot that there was a sale going on even though their sale signs everywhere and when I asked her about it, that’s when she changed the price.

Why does the Charlotte Ruse in the Woodlands mall only have one cashier and 5 to 6 people on the floor? It took 45 minutes for me to make it to the register. That is not ok.

Went to their new spot in the mall. Literally 2/3 employees were sitting behind the cash wrap on their phones. Was never asked for help. Never greeted. I am a manager in retail and if your customers gotta ask you for help and you clearly have no intention of wanting to help, there is zero reason you should be getting paid. Just put a self checkout, a security guard so no one leaves, and a shipment team. Wasting money paying girls to be on their phones and do nothing.

I went to go shopping with pants for my daughter and asked for a fitting room they lady gave us one and she’s only 11 so she needs help with decisions the manager there came a few min pass and told me I needed to get out because there was only one to a fitting room in that case why not tell me that from the beginning or waited until I got done with my daughter instead of keep knocking at the door for me to get out then I tried to go back today and couldn’t even try anything on because there was no one with a key for a fitting room this is ridiculous my schedule doesn’t allow me to go back again I will not be shopping there the way they manage their fitting rooms is ignorant

We went there yesterday, 9/01/22 and it was our first time for my sister to go there. It was around 1pm that we entered. There was only one employee and she seemed to be having a bad day (never greeted us or even being nice) . My sister asked her if she could use the dressing room so she could try the clothes she wanted. Employee gave her a side eye and was annoyed to my sister. We still bought the items that my sister wanted since it was a good price but customer service was very poor.

Visited this location on 8/26/22 to buy some jeans and a top. I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the store, there were three employees, I believe one was training. I asked for a dressing room, not sure if she was a shift leader or manager, but she didn’t even tell me to follow her, she just started walking and opened the door and left. Not one word was said. The dressing rooms are also very dirty. Covid-19 safety measurements were definitely not met in that store. When I was ready to check out nobody attended me because they were in the front of the store talking with a friend. Very unprofessional, will not be shopping at this store any longer.

Love this place for barging buys. Bought my fav pj's from here for just $10! So soft, comfy & going on 2nd season with them. Never dreamed they would be in such great condition for the price.

there was only one person working, she was talking with a friend on her phone the entire time, wasn’t friendly and was nowhere near the register.. the dressing room was closed and the entire store was in an awful disarray. I left since i couldn’t try any clothes on

I went in to browse and found quite a few comfy & cute pieces that I liked. As I continued to browse, I found a section in the store that was not marked with signs that indicated it had reduced prices, so I picked up a few pieces from that section. The selection was small, I made my choices & headed to the register happy with my reduced price bargains. I paid & got my receipt & usually when the items are reduced or final sale, the cashier lets you know. No one said anything about the items being final sale. So I left after completing my purchase.I returned home to try on my cute little finds, only to find I couldn't fit anything! So I returned to the store to exchange for a different size. I was then told that ALL SALES WERE FINAL because they were reduced prices. I looked on the wall & saw zero signs that reflected this nor was I made aware prior to my purchase.I made mention of this to the sales girl & she seemed unbothered & very nonchalant about.the entire situation.Moral of the story: I now have all these clothes that I cannot wear!!

Initially was told dressing rooms were closed at 7 and it was 645 pm and employee in back was very rude. Lady working check out was very nice and helpful and allowed the ladies to try on clothes they had picked out to purchase and changed experience.

I went into the store to buy boots and I asked one of the associates for help and she was actually really nice and helped me get my size. Once I tried them on, I kept them on and put my sandals in the box and went to go stand in the line because I wanted to buy the boots and I was gonna ask to just wear them out. While standing in line, I saw a shirt I liked in the distance and said that I was gonna go grab it real quick. As I was trying to reach it, I was approached by who I assume was the manager and she accused me of trying to steal the boots and I told her no and I explained that I was going to buy them but I saw this shirt and quickly ran to get it, she was very disrespectful and hostile towards me ever since I entered the store. But even then I ended up buying the shoes and the shirt because I really liked them, but after a while of walking in the shoes, I realized I don’t know how to walk in heeled boots so I tried to return them. When I walked in the store to do so, the original rude lady was glaring at me. When I came to the register I was told they don’t do returns and that I could get store credit or exchange it. The rude lady then chimed in and said “no actually since you wore it out, you can’t do any of that.” I then said “really I can’t do that?” And they both responded very rudely saying “we saw you wear it out right in front of us so you can’t do the store credit” that’s when I walked out angrily. They were both very disrespectful and I feel like they had attitude from the beginning and once they painted me as the bad guy, they wouldn’t let up. Their customer service skills are terrible. I work retail as well and I understand the concern of trying to stop someone from stealing but they approached that situation very poorly and I felt very disrespected.
