I have been banking at this location for 5 yrs. Gabriel Castillo has been a True Gem for Chase. He is always caring and professional. He has suggested recommendations that were very beneficial to my accounts and improved overall results financially. His customer service is First Class. Companies and customers benefit when they have an employee that provides service that reflect positive results...Gabriel exceeds that level.

As I completed my full year with one of my accounts here, and living in the area for 3 years Im always coming here for all my banking needs, the staff is amazing and very helpful each time I come in. My very first business accounts was open here with Serhan Reehani. it was a great experience, wonderful atmosphere.

I’ve been to this location for 3 years. The experience here always good. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Castillo is such a great banker. He helps me to get my credit card in 10 mins!

Always a great experience. Had an appointment with Sarhan today to open 2 high school checking accounts and he was fast and efficient! This is my preferred Chase location. Great job!

If I could give them a zero I would very unprofessional rude and unorganized. I was skipped 5 times and wait just for them to act like they had no idea. Even other customers let them know we where in line and it didn't help any

I sat with Mr. Eric Matthews, and it was one of the best experiences I had for the first time in a long time it felt as though someone truly cared about me, my money, and my future. I have been banking with Chase since I was 16. Currently being 26, I’ve gone to the bank multiple times with multiple different reasons, but I’ve never been treated as much care as I was today. This is the worst bank and will be closing can asked to add someone to my account and then was told I can’t due to time but wen I ask to close the account then it’s 2 sec NEVER USE THIS BANK EVER manager Jamie was no help as well

We just moved back to the area and needed to set up 4 accounts plus other banking items. It was Satrurday before the MLK holiday. We walked into the bank around 11am and knew they would close at 1pm. We did not have an appointment and hoped they could help us that day. We met Sarhan Reehani and he was excellent, professional,patient and went out of his way to assist us.We had all of our needs met and although we were there past the 1pm close time he still took his time with us. Walked us through evertything. I have opened a lot of bank accounts and can truly say this was the best experience ever. Looking forward to a long positive relationship with this branch, Sarhan and Chase.

Very unpleasant customer service, I have an appointment which clearly shows it’s from 3pm to 4pm in the email that I received and showed them at the bank, for me to be told my appointment is showing at 9am on their end, and no one can open my daughters bank accounts for them. I am 9 months pregnant m, it took a lot for me to come out here today. I will be closing my account and go back to capital one.

I absolutely hate this location. Staff is not helpful, always rude. ATM never almost every time I go is unable to give me cash. I never leave reviews but I would rather drive to the location 20 min than 2 min from my home because I hate this bank and it's staff so much.
