I am on a tight budget, so I picked out a pair of earrings online when Chico's offered me a $15 birthday gift. The earrings turned out to be much larger and heavier than I thought. I could tell this without trying them on. When I tried to exchange them in the store, I was told my birthday bonus was gone. I was stuck with earrings that I knew I could not wear. Happy birthday to me.

The service is going from bad to worse. My last time (this week) here was worse than the previous times. I like the clothes, but I will not go back to this store, there is a kind of rudeness that I did not understand, they are only employees and it seems that they do you a favor when asking to open the fitting rooms or to charge the day I went they were not only rude to me, also to the ladies in front of me. Seeing the other comments, it seems that it is always the same, a terrible atmosphere, I was going to buy some things online, but not even that anymore. I do not want to continue buying anything from this store, I hope they change employees because, unfortunately, they are all the same, and it seems that they do not get along with each other.

My mother tried to exchange some jeans and one of the lady’s demeanor towards helping her was quite rude. She was also helpful at all. We decided to go to a different Chicos store off of FM 1960 to resolve the issue. They were able to help her out and present us friendly customer service.

Came in today to buy a shirt for my mom, the lady with blonde hair( what seemed like the manager) was extremely rude and had a nasty tone when I asked about a price. When another customer came to the counter her demeanor changed and all of a sudden her customer service had appeared. Please hire a more diverse staff, I will not return to this location.

I did not like the first service or talking to one particular lady there. Her tone was rude. And thanks fully manager came to help me.
Chico should not have rude workers there.
And also she gave me side eye.
Unacceptable!! ?
Will not shop there anymore and will not recommend to my friends.

We just finished at Chicos in the Woodlands Mall. Jasmine helped my wife. She was spectacular. She waited patiently on my wife while also attending to other customers. She picked out thoughtful suggestions which were a giant hit. I would highly recommend this store and big Kudos to Jasmine! You are a superstar!

Chico’s prices are so outrageous considering outfits are made with such cheap fabrics and labor, they sometimes smell bad and fall apart, most labels say dry clean only. I’d rather pay Chico prices for cotton blend fabrics that are made in America, and I can machine wash and dry at home.

I walked into The Chicos at The Woodlands mall. Jennifer promptly greeted me and set up a dressing room. Everyone in the store was so nice. They all seemed to work as a team to make sure all the customers were taken care. I am so pleased with all my clothes. I will definitely be back!
