Now today is memorial day try to call the store still getting transferred 3 times when they don't want to talk and deal with the situation, talk to a manger name Victoria she was rude just transferred to repair , ok talk to repair she transferred me back to the manger now I have repeat my situation again, Now mind you I need a washer and dryer dont know if I want to get it from Conns I've been in CSR for 42 yrs. I have trained I've ran a store Tops Appliance City in NJ just like Conns it seems once you get your item and have problem they don't care they transfer all over the universe instead of being professional and deal with it. I've had 2 strokes disabled and in my old profession, I would not treat a customer like Conns have been treating me. I get a response from the owner, which I don't know, that's his or she, but I think it's just the customer service people that answer reviewsdepartment to answer responses by people like the little ones. I'm very disappointed by the treatment I've been shown on this matter. It's like we got your $ And that's the end of it.i give credit where it's due, do surveys and the whole nine yrds. But conns csr really suck. I'll get a response. Sorry for your frustration, which every CSR LINE at all times. My last pymt on the item so they can be done with reviews just letting you know I know I'm not the only one with an issue of dissatisfaction.

My 83 year old Mom on oxygen purchased a air conditioner and couldn't get it delivered and set up .Only if we pay a guy who doesn't work for yall charge 175.00 $ . This is so unprofessional. Not good business at all.

I can only give Conn’s in New Mexico a 1 star because their salesperson Terry was delightful!Outside of that, once Conn’s receive your money, everything else falls through. My client and I shopped there due to needing to move her elderly parent to an assisted living facility in town, pretty urgently. We needed to buy all new furniture, and had to get him into the facility by the following Monday. We were assured that delivery would happen by Monday, we paid in full. We came in during a 4-day deal that gave us free delivery and a tv (which was on our list to buy). So we thought “Great! It works out”. WRONG!By Sunday, we were told that the warehouse called the store saying one dining chair was out of stock. The store manager had to confirm which chair it was and let them know to confirm the order was complete. The warehouse gave a deadline which the store manager didn’t complete. So, no Monday delivery because of one chair. Conn’s doesn’t deliver on Tuesdays which means we wouldn’t get our order until Wednesday.My client had to dish out more money to reschedule her flight as she’s from out of state. They did not seem to care. Delivery day came and we were given an automated time for the window of 5:30pm-7:30pm. My client’s father has dementia and moving into his new room after 8pm wouldn’t have been helpful. I called the customer service line for delivery and even talked to the warehouse manager. Both told me that the time is computer generated and there’s nothing they could do. The items were delivered at 6:15pm on Wednesday night, and they didn’t follow any of the instructions left on the order.When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, I was told the store would have to handle that as it was their fault the delivery didn’t happen on Monday. I reached back out to the store and they seemed like they would advocate for us. Then when following up for answers, the communication was inconsistent and calling to get answers was impossible. I had to go in the store just for the issue to be addressed, and the managers were inconsistent with calling back or advocating for the customer.We were told by the store’s manager that since a discount was applied already that there’s nothing else they can do to compensate for the inconvenience. My client paid a proration for an assisted living room that her dad couldn’t move into, and rescheduling her flight twice. Had we’d known the furniture would’ve been delayed due to their communication failure, we would have went with another store. Wasn’t worth the headache. Wouldn’t recommend!

There's a reason why this establishment is treasure 1 star . I can't believe I considered reestablishing buisness with them. The associates at the 410 location eye lazy and just because it was close to closing time they did not demonstrate diligence because they wanted to go home! I have a fraud alert on all 3 credit bureaus because of an ATT breach this shouldn't have zero interference with reestablishing a loan but I guess they didn't care because it was 830 pm and didn't feel the"extra work" should be done . Typically customers speak to the credit depot to clear up any issues of identity and they did not provide me this option. All happens for a reason probably best I didn't do buisness with them again with their crazy rates anyway

Horrible experience, you can never speak to district manager or someone from corporate. They give you the same story over and over again. Don’t honor warranty approved claims.

Conn' s Buying Expeirence and Warrenty Service cannot be beat . I have bought washers, dryers, refrigerators, and my prize Smoke fire bbq grill.... 100% satisfied with each purchase. However... see my 1 Star review...and CONNS CORPORATE... I HOPE YOU CAN FIX THIS ISSUE...1 ☆I live in Bleiblerville Texas zip code 78931.... I am 11 miles from Brenham Texas zip code 77833... 9 miles from Industry Texas and 14 miles from Bellville Texas. Coins delivers to all these towns which are AROUND ME... NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST.BUT...CONNS DELIVERY SERVICE DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHERE MY ZIPCODE OR TOWN IS ???? THE FUNNY THING IS... I SEE CONN TRUCKS GO DOWN MY ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR. HELLO ????I DON'T WANT TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO LOWES OR HOME DEPOT FOR APPLIANCES..... But CONNS has FAILED to correct this issue. 177 stores ? All.over the map... bit you can't deliver....shame, shame, shame.... please fix this and call me when you do... I want to be your customer again.

Conns in VA beach va are run by crooks and there finance companies they use are rip offs. If they treated people half-way decent they would sale more stuff. We were ready to buy a 2 peace set for 3000.00 but when they showed me the contract after 24 months I would of paid 13500.00 3 times more then the set it self. If they wanted to make a sale they could of been fair. But instead they want to be crooks.

The new Conn's advertising commercial using sexual innuendos is grossly disgusting. I can't even watch a good show on Hulu without continual showing of the gross commercial. I'm even disgusted that Hulu allowed it to be Sean showne.

I purchased a TV Bose speaker.After having it for a little over a month it stop working. I called the service tech people. They said they don't service Bose speakers. Then I contacted Bose to see if they can get it to work. It still don't work.I purchasesd it in January 2024. The store won't replace it cause they saying I need the service people to send a ticket Saying it don't work. So I contacted the service people. They said I had to talk to the store.so finally I was able to talk to someone in back office. He said he would get to to the bottom of this. It's been 2 days no response . Never again. I'm not done yet.

Port Arthur store has ruined the name CW Conn built!This is the worst encounter with any Conn's I've ever experienced , be it corporate fault or store.They blamed corporate policies for the reasons we had so much trouble buying a washer, and returning it.It took over 3 weeks to get it delivered but we only had 30 days to return, doesn't make sense.If it's their fault for late delivery.So we had to buy a whole new washer and they just called us to say the new one is discontinued!So we had to make a 3rd trip to pick out a new one only to find the discontinued one on the floor still for sale!What a circus!The Manager definitely didn't want to hear me!When I asked him why it was on the floor, ugg.He claimed he had to send it back to to the warehouse. And I asked why hadn't it been pulled from the floor before it happened to someone else., it really pissed him off. Said he couldn't deliver the the floor model.So I picked out ANOTHER machine that didn't match my dryer, that wouldn't be delivered for 3 weeks again!When the sales rep went to the manager with my selection I left my partner to deal with the details and left the store.When my partner came I out he told me the Manager had called corporate and now they were going to deliver the floor model!What a fiasco!The last time we do business with Conn's.

Conns home plus Store on 4446 North Fwy. Houston tx 77022 refused to help me, the employees where just sitting around chatting and laughing, and never came to me after I asked for help.
