So what if Dr Le doesn't do small talk or doesn't smile?
She did a great job examining my eyes.I wanted an option to order
distance glasses as well as progressive lenses.She patiently showed me how distance only glasses would feel.
She also took the trouble to explain the difference between different eye drops for my dry eyes.Dr Le explained how my eyes were impacted by the RK surgery from over 2 decades ago.I didn't feel rushed at all.I've used 3 different optometrists in the past 3 years and found Dr Le to be the most proficient and practical.

I recently helped my parents get their glasses, and I was so impressed with the service! Lori was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I had no idea there were so many different types of lenses to choose from, but Lori took the time to explain everything and helped us make the best choices. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy my own glasses there in the future!

I have had vision insurance for the last 29 years. I decided to go to Costco optometrist and get my eyes checked. There is no waiting line and I got right in. The doctor was straight to the point and got me fixed up.at the eyeglass department they showed me glasses And I picked a pair. The cost of my glasses and my lenses were less than my deductible on my eyeglass insurance. The doctor nailed my prescription so well that I see better than I’ve seen in 15 years. If I ever have another need for eyeglasses I’m going back to Costco. These are the best glasses and I see better than I ever have in years.

Mad house especially at the dining area. The parking layout is different than what I'm used to. For instance, you will have to walk your cart along the main entrance road to get to your car parking lane. So you have card and carts bottle necked on the same road.

My family had a really bad experience at this Cosco yesterday afternoon. The employee at door was so rude to my husband and daughters. My husband and daughters were so excited to visit Cosco for the first time and were looking forward to getting a membership but after this sour experience we are reconsidering our plans. As my husband walked into the store and searched for the customer service desk, the lady shouted out to him "I need your card!" "sir I need your membership card!" my husband was confused as to why she was shouting this to him, and ignored everyone who was walking in and not being questioned, he tried explaining I do not have a card I am a new guest, rather than trying to help him, and oh I don't know maybe guide him to customer service for someone else to help him out, she continues screaming in a very rude way "you can't enter without a card!" She was so rude and unprofessional about her approach to him. My husband was so upset he went over to a manager and explained what happened. The manager's response was "oh I apologize for her being a little too aggressive." Little did my husband know this lady did the same to my teenage daughter who had stayed behind getting a cart. This lady made my daughter remain at the door because she didn't have "a member's card" to let her enter the store. She actually stayed recording this lady at the door letting people walk in and not asking them for their cards. So, yes we felt discriminated because the video clearly shows how this lady was only questioning some people. Horrible customer service!

This Costco is absolutely fantastic. Being from another state, it took me a bit to get used to the layout and selection, but that's all part of the adventure, right? The staff here are truly exceptional, and the items for sale offer a wide selection and top-notch quality. There's really nothing quite like the Costco experience! It would've been even better if they had business Costco items on sale, but you can't have it all. Still, overall, it was a lovely experience!

First time shopping here. They take Visa only. The cashier snatched my product away from as if I was not in line to pay for it when I pulled out my Amex. Honestly found that petty, rude, and disrespectful. Don't go here to find the Christmas spirit.

My mother fell and broke her glasses while we were visiting Texas for the weekend. The Costco optician Lori was very kind and helpful to her — she found a frame that could accommodate Mom’s lenses and popped the lenses in. The whole process took just a few minutes. Amazing customer service!!

Amanda C. The cashier and Erick the manager Came to Costco to do our shopping and to get some items for our business,we asked if we could pay 2 separate transactions,since 1 was for our business and needed a separate receipt for it and the other one was a gift for a new born, and wanted to pay it with our personal card,the cashier stated that ONLY THE CARD HOLDER CAN MAKE TYE PAYMENT..! But I explained to her that we both are members she denied my purchase after we explained to her what was going on,and became demanding,the she yells out manager and orders me off her register,I thought it funny,but did get me mad,spoke to ERIC WHO FRANKLY DIDNT CARE TO HEAR ME OUT, he said it was company policy that she denied my purchase and walked away. We then went back for the same items stood in line at a different register and payed just fine,it's just upsetting that as a nation we keep dividing our selfs and keep hating each other rather then being kind to each other ...! I would seriously have a word with miss Amanda C the cashier and MR Eric the manager about customer service and just being genuine when talking to guest that have done nothing to them nor offend them in any way. Just poor poor customer service on their behalf,and I'm % sure nothing will be done about it. Sooooo sad because her ego keeps getting bigger and will do it again to other none white customers.

Well I will not be going back to this location. Today my daughter and I went to this store when it first opened up on a Sunday. There was a whole lot of people entering the store at the same time but when the lady at the door seen me and my daughter she asked us to show her our Costco casts but she allowed all the other people into the store without producing a card. My daughter and I are African American and the other people entering the store were lighter skinned then we were.

I always thought what is the hype about membership and gas price at COSTCO ? Well to my disappointment such a big higher price for membership, than the gas price is much HIGHER than the GAS STATION down the street ! true fact, than I have to scan membership card than select CITI card that was offered by COSTCO to pay for gas, than they take a pic. of you right when you enter your car, sweet. Wow what a great deal, right ? NOPE what a waste. TRUTH BE TOLD WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT ‼ Benjamin C.

I don't recommend Dr Le. Period.She had this irritated expression on her face the minute she walks in, no eye contact, no attempt from her trying to understand my eye issues...she just silently rushing through the routines. Ok, I kinda got the message: she is busy, and maybe not in the best mood...But i had to ask a question regarding my eyes as I had the question my mind for a while ...buy she cut me off every sentence "why don't you state it in the paper work?! I replied: well I didn't see a place on the forms where I could state my specific question...and is it too late to state it now?Instead of answering my eye related question,she keeps going back saying that I supposed to state it in the papers. After back and forth with her for 5mins or so I still not getting a straight answer to my question. I realized she either doesn't know or doesn't care or both. So I told her: sorry this is not working for me. She said "fine" and told the front lady to cancel me.As I was asking the front desk lady if I can see the other Dr(Dr yang?)...but Dr Le rushed to the front desk and saying: no! this is my clinic, we reserve the right to not serve you!"I left. All I can say about this Dr Le is that she is unprofessional, rude with a big ego.I think one needs to "care" at least a little bit in order to work in healthcare- since I don't see any "care" in dr le, I think she should not be working in this field.

The front greeter was rude and my husband and I were told that they have enough customers and do not need anymore. The manager J.P. was not in the least bit helpful. Do not bother to gp to this location.
