We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Public Storage! From the moment we walked in, the facility was clean, well-lit, and clearly well-managed. But what really made the difference was the staff—especially Jennifer. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the perfect unit for our needs. We weren’t exactly sure what size we needed, but Jennifer asked all the right questions and guided us without any pressure. Her professionalism and warmth made the whole process easy and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for secure, spotless indoor storage with top-notch customer service, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Jennifer is great and she was extremely helpful. I was able to rent exactly what I needed and it was a really quick process. The rental office and the units are extremely clean and very brightly lit.
