Very rude pharmacist!! On hold for more than 15 mins between 2 calls to them. Finally the pharmacist answers and says, "What do you want?" After asking my question it was an Automatic "NO" we don't have it. If I could give a zero score I would.

Just bad. They charged me $135 for a prescription which I paid $35 for at Walgreens later. They wouldn't give me the meds at all even after my nurse practitioner called them. They told me they couldn't give me the prescription because my provider was not licensed in Texas, yes she is. I'm getting my meds from her without any problems at HEB.

Can't say enough bad things. Staff: very large language barrier and I can barely understand some of them. Very frustrating. Plus, some actively try to do there best to avoid work and customer contact. If you happen to get one of them to the counter they will rush and talk so fast just to finish the transaction then leave the counter area. Good luck getting them back. Drive up. The ultimate in confusion. Call in and request if any of your prescriptions are available for refill and the answer you will get is no. Even if the answer is yes. Check, check, check your prescriptions before you leave the counter. Need brand name. Well surprise it's generic. Ordered a 90 day supply. We'll surprise it's only 30 in the bag. Oh, by the way your back trying to get help again. Combining the Research CVS with these employees was the worse idea ever.

Worst customer service I've experienced at a pharmacy. They will restock some of your prescriptions but not all of them. When you come to pick them up, you still have to wait because they'll have to re-refill others. Waited in line with 5 others while Angeline took her sweet time sorting prescriptions into the bins. It's always something here.

Don’t waste your time or money. They lose prescriptions, are always understaffed and typically rude. Just go to Walgreens at research and gosling!!

Spent 23 minutes on hold trying to get through to the pharmacy by phone. Eventually gave up waiting.

Awful customer service from the pharmacy manager! No explanation of anything, attitude, no sympathy, no caring factor, very rude. She told Macy (which was great and trying to help) to have me just call the 1800 number and figure it out. When I called the pharmacy to get an answer Pharmacist Joyce said she was too busy to explain anything to me and hung up!

i had my prescriptions there for years. I moved them because of Joyce, the pharmacy managers treatment if me she is a nasty piece of work, and treats customers and employees terribly. I know I am not the only one who left as my nextdoor neighbor told me she went despite this being the most convenient location due to how she was spoken to be the pharmacy manager. I go to Kroger now and they are always busy. there's never a line at CVS when I pop in for something I need. get rid of your pharmacy manager and you may keep customers,

You would think by the reviews on Yelp that CVS might take action to improve the service at this location. Let me add to the pile.I have never been able to get a prescription filled without some problem. The pharmacist is argumentative and rude, which is good, because it blends well with her incompetence. The rest of the staff, whether in the pharmacy or the retail store, is totally indifferent to the customers.My advice - go anywhere but here if you need a pharmacy.

Horrible service pharmacy was trying to argue with unprofessional. I created an appointment and still it was denied. But that's OK definitely not coming back here again. If people are not happy here why are they working here

I've always had good assistance from the pharmacy. They've been nice, helpful, and I've never had a problem. Seems a couple of times they've gone out of their way to help me with something.

The drive through speakers for both sides is very old and you can barely hear the pharmacist. They need to update that store so it is more useful for 2021 not the 1990's. Other than that it is a great CVS but the useless drivethrough is horrendous to have to go through.

Very nice experiences with the text and the pharmacist. They were able to help me find some medications in the over-the-counter section, and I have always been happy to explain medication side effects which I am very prone to. Great local pharmacy!

The workers always seem to be in a bad mood, and they take it out on the customer. Not pleasant. Had a pretty bad experience today and will likely be changing my pharmacy
