Unfortunately CVS has decided to take matters into their own hands by setting themselves up for losing customers. I needed back surgery and was ordered a narcotic by my surgeron and they told me that they could only give a 10 day supply due to the coverage offered by my insurance. I called my doctor back and they said that does not make sense. We sent the prescription to another pharmacy and it was issued with no problems. They also never call you, another pharmacy or your doctor back. Poor, poor customer service and poor service in general.

Worst pharmacist ! They are so rude and don’t want to do their job for transferring prescription! I don’t think they want more business.
Pharmacy tech is nice though! I wish I don’t have to go to this place but it’s close to home!

My mother went in to buy two gift cards. The supervisor and clerk were extremely rude. Extremely. I hope Home Depot knows they are not allowing customers to buy their gift cards on their store. Shame on this staff for being so rude to an elderly woman, who can’t drive and had to drive to another store to complete her Christmas shopping. Ridiculous.

I went in to get a wellness form completed for my insurance. I arrived on Friday 11/15/24 at 6:20 pm for my appointment. I was a few minutes late. The employee in charge of the minute clinic saw me approach and proceeded to go into her office. I checked in and my appt was canceled. After waiting for some time I walked over to the pharmacy to ask for help. That is when the employee came out and so I approached her and advised her my appointment had been cancelled. She mentioned there was a window and I asked if she could help me complete a simple form she said she couldn’t and told me to make another appt. She didn’t seem interested in helping and came off a bit racist. I rescheduled my appt for the next day at Grogan’s Mill and they were so kind and helpful. I also arrived late and allowed me to have my appointment.

Took my daughter to get Covid and flu tested and they refused to do any testing with the “waste of medical resources”…. With or without insurance…. Terrible service… avoid that store at all costs…. I was not aware they can decide what’s best for you now!!!!!

This store has the rudest employees! God forbid someone inconvenience them by shopping at the store they get paid to work at. And if you don’t want to speak to your customers, post a sign that says the pharmacy is closed until 2pm for lunch

Call and no one answers the phone. Needed info on a passport picture…. Called 3 times and nothing. Useless in the help department!!!

ELLIE in the pharmacy who is a MANAGER at this cvs is Rude and racist. Her license should be taken away she is rude when you come in pharmacy and on the phone she literally hangs up on you or just places you on while you are speaking. She is so disrespectful when I advised her I was still speaking when she didn’t say hold and placed me on hold she ask well do you want me to help you or do you want corporates number. HORRIBLE SERVICE THATS RECORDED AND WILL BE POSTED TO SOCIAL MEDIA
