“First I went in there just to add money to my card. With a kind greeting in a heartfelt welcome buy a new assistant manager it seems. With a connection with her I felt like we knew each other for years , like going to the small towns only general store knowing everybody in town by first name, I walked out feeling truly glad I went there, this is no exaggeration. I asked her if she was the general manager and she said it assistant and I said well I used to work at Dollar general and if I had manager like you in any job, I would love to come work for you. Anyways she needs her own store or she needs to teach hospitality waited tables for 25 years, I know it true hospitality is it's something you really can't teach. What she had was not just walk in the door and somebody screaming hello, her body language it was engaging and I felt like she was glad to be there and she wanted to be there for anyone that was coming into the store. Not recovering not stocking the shelves doing planograms or anyting the store was perfectly clean and organized and she's didn't seem like she didn't want not be there like every store with a. Two thumbs up, what Tom Brady was to football she's got that as a manager or some of that running is any store, bravo.”
“Great D.G. location. Friendly & knowledgeable employees. I like the layout of the store, even when they're busy it's not cramped in the Isles or checkout area. They have fresh produce, always lot of Milk. Good selection of Cheeses and Lunchmeat. Frozen breakfast foods like Jimmy Dean biscuits and more, Hot pockets.TV Dinners, frozen skillet meals, good selection of Frozen pizzas and Pies & BLUEBELL ICE CREAM!!! Cat food wet and dry (kitten and adult), flea treatments, litter, treats & toys. Dog food, treats, toys and pet beds. Household bulbs, towels, lamps, rugs, wall clocks, floor rugs, throw pillows, bed pillows, sheet sets, curtains. Kitchen iron skillets and cooking utensils, plates, cups, paper goods. Cleaning supplies, brooms mops swiffers. Laundry supplies. Disinfectants. Incontinence pads, personal sanitary supplies. Medicines for headaches, toothache, cold/flu, ointments. Beauty supplies. Outdoor lights, string lights, motion detection lights. Candy and cookies, sugar free selection too! Open Monday thru Sunday. FedEx drop off too.”
“Great prices, clean and well kept. Just don't expect the employees to ve able to help you as most dont know english. You're on your own. Always count your items at all of these type of stores before approaching the cash register. The stuff is decent quality for the price and some of it is name brand. Worth the trip! Biggest bang for your buck!”
“The one cashier they had available had a beautiful smile but seemed like she worked too hard and deserved a day off! It was a busy store at a busy time of day but we got in and out quickly right before the big storm. I’m thankful for her!”

After living on this side of town for about a month I came into Dollar Tree..OMFG I walked around AMAZED of how NEAT and CLEAN it was..yes I knew what I needed to get but I didn't know Dollar Tree could look this CLEAN!! “This is my FAVORITE Dollar Tree and I've been to all the ones in this area! The store is neatly stocked and not junky. They have a great variety. The manager is a young black man and he is so friendly and courteous. I don't even care that its now $1.25 !”
“I love Dollar General! they have trendy knick knacks, great gardening items, a little bit of everything that I don't really need, but got to have it stuff! This store was a little bit dumpy! The shelves were bare in certain areas. They did not have a sign out on the Easter stuf saying it is 50% off, but candy is only 25% off. First place I've ever seen that was not 50% off the day after Easter!”

“Went in today 5/20 around 3:05pm, Julio manager was very friendly offered great customer service & another gentleman that offered to help me while I was grabbing a balloon. This by far is the best customer service ive ever received at any dollar tree in my life. I visit the 1960/kurkendahl location often & the customer service there is non existent. Please tell the staff they are doing a great job. Maybe the manager Julio who was my cashier today should visit the other dollar trees in Houston & give training classes on providing excellent customer service to shoppers. Please give this team a high five for today.”
