I signed up in error to your VIP program. Website said I can cancel anytime no problem. I had no idea I would be charged $59.95/month to shop your website. Cancelling the VIP membership was a ridiculous process of constant various offers if I just consented to stay in the program. What a scam!

For my first time at the store this is what I gave to say: It’s a very friendly store however I was given wrong information in the store. The lady helping me at the desk told me that when I went in store I would always get 70% off since I’m a member. I happily purchased my items. To my surprise on my second visit, I went to check out and I was expecting the 70% off since I was told that, however the manager at the desk told me I was wrong and could not get that discount. I ended up paying the price the manager stated. She told me that the girl who helped me the first time was new and did not know the proper procedures. Regardless, I still like the clothing and the store is really nice. I will continue to shop there. Everyone was very friendly!

Love this place. Awesome customer service. I had a Fabletics account in the past which I cancelled an year ago, but still had 4 credits to use. So, 3 of them expired even before I could get to claim them. I am so glad that I met Angie— Angelica, M at the Woodlands store who suggested that I call the customer service and request them to restore the expired credits. Alejandro from customer sevice was kind enough to understand my situation and restored all the 3 credits!! And Angie patiently guided me through the fitwear selection, and also made sure I got the best deal for all my credits! We should have more people like Angie who love helping people and take customer service to a next level! :) :)

If I could I would give 10 stars. I went in today to exchange a couple of things that didn’t fit me, and when I tell you I NEVER had a better shopping experience! Angie was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we left extremely happy with our purchases. And can I just add that’s she’s bilingual, so she was able to help my Mom out directly. We will definitely be back soon!

my boyfriend and i came into the store today for our first time and let me tell you, this location has the absolute best staff, each and everyone of the team members were as sweet as can be. angie helped us and answered any and all questions we had, with a smile on her face the whole time. thank you to all of the girls there for making this the best experience we have ever had at a store! we will definitely be back and look forward to seeing y’all’s beautiful faces!

Angie is AMAZING!!! We honestly keep coming back to this particular store bc of the experience she gives us! We almost canceled the membership all together but bc of her explanation of the benefits of the membership, we decided to keep it! She also remembers us when we come in which is very welcoming. She is always so helpful!!! And boost up my confidence as well! I love how she not only includes my husband and I in the shopping, but my daughter Juneau as well! She always welcomes her and gives her a choice of a sticker! THANK YOU ANGIE!

Great introductory deal when you sign up for the Fabletics membership. Staff was great and extremely helpful in selecting my first order of workout clothing. High quality, easy to clean fabrics - looking forward to years of use for my shorts and pants.The overall experience has been very positive.
