the staff was friendly., but I shipped out the package via Fedex priority overnight on 08/07/2025 at 11:00 am, it was guaranteed to be delivered on 08/08/2025, however, the package wasn't delivered until 08/11/2025. They've charged me premium price, but did not deliver the service. I am extremely disappointed at Fedex, this is not acceptable, and it is not ok

Chancy greeted me with a smile and helped me send my mail even though I have never used FedEx before. I am very grateful and glad I was able to come here

I'm so grateful for this center being a safe and reasonable place for my packages to sit when I'm unable to accept their delivery in person. Every person that I've interacted with here knows what they're doing and is very kind. They recently held a package of mine far longer than they needed to and it was a huge relief to me. Thank You!

I cannot give enough praise for the excellent print service I have received from this specific location. Syndi and Ariel (and the rest of the staff) have gone over and beyond to help me get large print orders, and large marketing materials printed as quickly as possible to meet last minute deadlines given to me for various non-profit events. I will forever be using this location for all of my printing needs. Seriously, cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service!!!

We had some artwork to print out for our nursery for our first child. Was worried I wouldn’t know what to do but Chancy at this location took care of EVERYTHING for us. In & out within 10 minutes and everything was perfect with an unbeatable price. Thank you, Chancy!

Learn to hire people that know how to help customers. Especially when there’s 10 people waiting. While two workers help one dude for 20 minutes and the other take their sweet time and the other just printing pointless crap lol. Lol guess you can’t expect much for 12$ an hour haha

I returned my apple device to this location last month and got a tracking receipt for confirmation. It turns out FedEx never shipped the package back and the device never left the store! Someone from this location stole the package and now apple has charged me $1200 for the phone. I also barely got any help once I called customer support. I will be calling corporate as this is unacceptable and has caused me a major inconvenience. I will NEVER go to this location again. They hire thieves!

I had an outstanding experience at this location. Staff was super helpful labeling my packages. I forgot my reusable bag and one of the nice ladies workon inside ran out of the store to give me my bag. It's hard to gind this type of service nowadays. Thank you, Woodlands FedEx!

These people are so helpful. The library was closed for printing stuff so I went to them. They showed me the cheapest way to go about it and helped me through the process. Thank you very much! You guys are awesome!
