I'm absolutely pleased with FedEx and this location. Yesterday I shipped cooked food from Houston for next day delivery in Michigan. It got there on time and in very good condition. I was so nervous about it but was totally happy with the outcome. Thank you guys so much!

I had an emergency and needed something notarized on a Sunday afternoon. I went in here praying they had one available and they didn’t understandably but Josh and Jarred were very kind and offered help letting me know I could do it online with fed ex. I had never heard of this but he showed me on my phone and it was so easy. I had it notarized in no time and it made my day.

They used to be the best, but now they're doing really bad. They leave packages outside in the apartment buildings. This is out of control, and it's happening in TX 25469 Borough Park Dr. Anyone can come by and take them.

I can't say enough good things about the manager and staff at this location. I ran in to desperately try to get a program for a funeral designed and printed in one day, and they were incredibly helpful through the whole process, from designing it, to staying in touch with me throughout the day to ask me for any changes I wanted, to getting it all done and dusted on time and bearing with me when I was late to pick up. It made an incredibly difficult time easier, and I am super grateful for them going above and beyond! If you need to complete a project like this I certainly recommend them!

Alfredo the manager is extremely rude. My package arrived there 3/31 & I went to pick it up 4/4 which was the 5th day it was there & it was already sent back although it shouldn’t have been. He then proceeded to say the package got there Sunday 3/30 and the time they hold packages (5 days) had passed. I then showed them the tracking info stating that the package arrived 3/31 and the notifications I got 3/31 and then he said the package was lost and I had to file a claim. Meaning he sent it back early and once I showed proof he decided he still wasn’t wrong and that my package was “lost”. He was extremely rude and confrontational from the second he spoke to us. The other representative who was helping us initially was kind and tried to be as helpful as he could. All of the reviews clearly state that there’s a problem with the manager. GET A NEW MANAGER. Poor customer service experience.

Concern Regarding Customer Service at FedEx Location
Dear FedEx Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the service I received this morning at your location at 479 Sawdust Rd, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
I visited this branch to send a small package, and the employee assisting me requested a Texas Driver’s License as identification. As a tourist, I do not possess this document, so I provided my passport instead. However, the employee refused to accept it, stating that it had to be a Texas-issued ID.
What was most concerning was the comment that followed. The employee said that FedEx requires this policy “to ensure I was not sending a bomb in the package.” This remark was not only inappropriate but also appeared to be based on my physical appearance, making it discriminatory.
I believe in the importance of fair and respectful customer service for all individuals, regardless of their background. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and provide clarity on FedEx’s official identification policies for customers.

Terrible customer service. The manager does not know how to listen and gets frustrated right away when you are trying to explain and it makes it more confusing and make you more make a mistake when shipping. I suggest be careful with their manager and make sure your package is scan right. Or if you have an option just go to UPS or USPS.

This is my favorite and only FedEx shop I use. I run a small business and have packages shipped here all the time to save on freight. The employees are quick and always know why I’m there. I also print business cards and other business type marketing supplies and they are quickly made and always such good quality!

I received great service from Josh with the nice curly hair. He helped me print and fax my large documents. He was knowledgeable & willing to assist myself and the others that needed it. You have a star in Josh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
