AFTER WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT to conclude the investigation from the mechanical inspector for THEM putting the wrong size tire on my truck A YEAR AGO, THEY DIDNT EVEN INSPECT HALF OF THE DAMAGE IN THE CLAIM BEFORE DENYING IT.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY< THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES< AND THIS WRONG SIZE TIRE SCHEME OF THEIRS IS NOT NEW! WHY DOES EVERY VEHICLE COMING OUT OF THERE ALWAYS NEEDS BEARINGS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! BAD BUSINESS! ZERO INTEGRITY!!!!! LIARS!!! CHEAT!!!

I went for an Oil Change this week. Beside oil change I needed to replace a splash guard and liner fender in front passenger side. They can’t fix the fender because they said the fender not matched. The fender I bought from Amazon and an exact model for my vehicle. I went to another auto repair store. They fixed it. The fender is really worked and exact fit with my vehicle.

When you walk in they ignore you for people calling them, after you've been there waiting to talk to the attendant for 10 minutes just to ask them how long it'll take to patch a tire. So call them first cuz then they'll actually talk to you

I had the worst experience today at this Firestone. I dropped my car off for only a 12month warranty wheel alignment this morning around 8:30. I prepaid for the service and dropped off my car. I returned around 2:30pm. They had not started working on my car at all. But instead I was presented with a quote for almost $3,000.00 for other recommended maintenance on my vehicle. The way the staff handled this was unprofessional and had disregarded me as a customer. They were trying to get the most money out of me... They could have completed the wheel alignment for me & informed me of the recommendations; when I came to picked up my vehicle. I understand the wheel alignment would have to be done again after the recomended service repairs. But that is why I paid for the 12 month warranty on the alignment. 6 hours for a wheel alignment is not acceptable. I have filed a complaint with customer service, who is now investigating this issue for me.

Just wanted to give Vanessa and maverick a good review based off the services provided. When I showed up last minute with no appointment and needed some assistance with getting my truck last minute serviced Vanessa was quick to greet me and assist in helping me understand what would best suit the services I was looking for and maverick was very thorough with providing the services and helping me understand at the end what all he had done to service my truck to the fullest extent. Thank you Vanessa and maverick for showing superior customer service and treating me and my vehicle with genuine respect. You have earned a repeat customer!

I have always had great service and polite employees! If I am having work done that I know is going to take a while, I get dropped off and pick it up. When I do that, I get phone calls with updates. If they are busy and I am willing to wait, I bring things to keep me busy or I walk to Walmart or the Home Store. They are in walking distance. I’ve also made appointments in advance. I recommend this store!
