The bad reviews must be from people who are irresponsible with money. Frost bank is the best bank by far. I pity the people in other states who do not have access.

Most unprofessional bank manager I have dealt with in a business setting in over 40 years. This bank Manager has no common sence about business.Went next door to Wells Fargo, Professional staff, friendly, can make business decisions to help the client.I suggest to stay away from this Frost bank location!You would have better communication by putting your money under your mattress!

I have been banking with frost for a few years now and after today I will be closing my accounts. I came into this location to open a business account because you can't open a business account online. I walked in with all electronic documents on my computer but not physical copies. The teller tells me they need physical copies. I asked if I could print the paperwork out at their office or email them. I was told no I need to bring all the documents printed. You turned my business away because you didn't want to print the documents.I drove across the street to Chase Bank and open a new business account and deposited a check for 25k. The staff allowed me to print the documents at their office and took care of me.Frost bank you lost a customer today because you didn't want to print 2 sheets of paper.

We bank with you and have businesses at the Texas Renaissance Festival. Please pm me if your employees want tickets to the fair this weekend (only this weekend). I will check my message requests Saturday morning to see if there are any takers.

Used to love this bank. Then they updated their online and mobile applications. I first had to reset my passwords. The "new" app now requires about 6 more screens than the previous version for mobile deposits, and the moble deposit app no longer accepts money orders. Further, the last two emails trying to resolve the issue went into cyberspace never to return. In short, the ability to make deposits through a mobile app is important to you, I recommend you look elsewhere. I'd still use Frost if you happen to live near a branch, unfortunately, I do not.
