THIS EMPLOYEE named MELISSA; BAD CUSTOMER SERVICe.Came into the store looking to buy a mass gainer. After 5 minutes of being there, I asked the lady who was in front of me facing me, if they had a bigger size bottle. She didn’t respond because she was on her phone, doing god knows what. After a couple of seconds, she looked at me and asked me what I was looking for as I was walking out of the store because of her bad customer service. I'm never coming back. I’m telling you, she knew she was wrong because she tried to stop me, saying that she could help me out with whatever I needed and that they have what I’m looking for in the back room. If her phone is more important than a simple question from someone who wanted to spend their money there, then I don’t know what to tell you. She needs to be out of her mind. The owner needs address this kind of behavior. HER NAME IS MELISSA.

I frequent this GNC almost every day right before I work out at the Fitness Connection next door and every time I walk through the door the manager greets me with a smile and my name. She has not only made me excited to work out but also excited just to decide what pre-workout I want to try that day. She is amazing and makes working out and a healthy lifestyle seem accessible for everyone. DO NOT LOSE HER

I give it 3 stars for being in the most the run down, beat up strip mall in the woodlands/spring area. That parking lost is absolute garbage. Hold onto your cups if ya gota drink cuz its gonna be a bumpy one. The parking lost is also set to be almost like an easy to navigate labrynth, with every geriatric in Houston that is afraid of driving but refuses to learn to ubber or give up their keys just cruising... Simply roaming around. barely being able to see over their steering wheel at 2 mph. Wont let you pass em, hitting every speed bump and pot hole going nowhere.

This location was really awesome when Eric worked there and the old manager that had all the tattoos. Now a new manager came in and it's gone down hill. I go there every weekend and this time the employee was texting on his phone infront of me. Didn't offer help. I was asking questions and he was like, "I don't know" and he continued to text the whole time I was checking out. Yall missed good employees when you had them.

Very slow service, and the store smell bad.Will not come back anymore. Definitely the worst GNC around the area.

The store is clean, employees are helpful and not pushy, and there is a great selection of product. My complaint comes from joining their Pro Membership. I was given a good explanation of the program, cost, and how to maximize my rewards. In addition, there was some bonus points when I signed up - which helped justify and offset the yearly membership fee.Here is where it goes down hill, I come in to purchase some more protein powder and to spend some of these points that I had acquired from about six months prior (i just don't go through the product that fast and I always buy the biggest tub I can get) and found out that I didnt have any points to use... That made no sense.So I logged onto the web site and registered my account and found that certificates were generated the DAY after my first purchase and those certificates have a 60 day expiration date (found this out from chatting with someone via web help). So I lost all the real benefits of signing up.. Luckily, GNC's online staff was nice enough to reverse this.So the lesson: if you sign up, register on the web site, and choose to NOT auto generate certificates. YOU must choose this or you will lose out and get screwed.I really wish the employee who signed me up explained this policy, as it really put a damper on my shopping experience.

Nearly a decade in the industry, hard to see a shop give such bad service. This store produces some of the best growth, while Neila was there, but now suffers and I was unable to use my reward points.

The tall man with the glasses (I assume he's the manager) it's very good at what he does. I appreciate the fact that his customer service isn't fake. He's genuine with wanting to help. Deserves a raise!

Asa is the man who always has a plan. Never had someone treat me as family from a store. I’ll never go anywhere else unless asa moves. Best gnc I’ve ever been too! Adan is also a great guy too and they both are interactive while helping find the right supplements for me.

The skinny tall manager overcharged me for a direct exchange and he was very rude. It is completely against GNC’s policy and against all ethics of business. Never going here again.
