  I think this is by far the worst experience I have had at an HEB. I felt belittled. I went to self check out to not be judged that I was going to do different transactions, but idk why the machine kept saying I was not bagging the purchased item. So the person who was in that area assumed I was not scanning the items. Then later on question if I had paid for other items. In basic terms she assumed I was stealing. She had asked me “what is the last item you didn’t scan” I inform her I did scan it but it is stating I’m not bagging it. She checked and I know she felt dumb after I had showed her the item. Even after that she continue to question about the other items I paid. I let her know the receipts were on the cart and she could check everything was paid for. All she could say was she wasn’t sure since I had done different transactions. That isn’t how you question someone. I had this same issue at another HEB yet the women was wonderful and just moved me to another register. It’s sad that people sit there and assume. This was on 7/14 in the morning and it was a Hispanic lady who was working that isle I wish I would’ve got her name.

  HEB Six Pines Drive is an excellent grocery store with a very competent pharmacy staff.
  The cashier staff in the grocery section are courteous and speedy. ❤️

  I was waiting 4 minutes for my turn for the checkout with a full cart of groceries. An An older lady cut in front of me, and a new checker walked up, took her cart, and started to check her out. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend HEB for any services.

  I LOVE THE SUSHI THERE! But today the cucumbers were sour and nasty. I tried calling for the manager and they had already left. I just wanted my money back or another bowl. Now I have wasted about $20 on dinner I can’t eat.

  Why do y'all close self check out early? All surrounding locations keep it open and don't force customers to stand in a long line at ONE REGISTER for only a few items. Most workers are rude and can't seem to get off their phones. They also need training on how to properly bag groceries. I now have a big pack of broken corn tortillas that were bagged with multiple cans, thank you for ruining my breakfast. If self check out was open, I could properly bag my own groceries and you wouldn't be reading this bad review right now!

  Elise the wine steward is a racist! I couldn’t not find my favorite wine and I asked Elise and she rudely responded we don’t have any stock. She rolled her eyes right when I passed her. I don’t even know this women and she seemed so bitter. My friend who is American asked her the same wine since I didn’t believe her and of course she showed her and gave it right to her hands . So what other reasons could she possible have to be so rude to a customer who just asked her a question? Please avoid this heb is you need help finding a wine she does not do her job!
