I reserved a car for a vacation weeks in advance and when I arrived they had given away my rental and they had no more cars available. Customer service was rude and snippy as well

Would have gave it a 5 but they have no night drop even when their information on the website said they did. Other than that the car was clean and the staff was very friendly.
