Arriving 5- m early, worker arrived at 4:10 pm apologizing did not get appoinment time. Note, I phoned JE # who alerted worker. Afterwards, the worker Jazmine did positives & professional work. I left knowing Jaz gave her all in tax prep. Excellent listener & offered enjoying employer & client.
