Renee and his crew were very thorough in removing the old tile, laying new tile, cleaning up and adding new vanities in one of the bathrooms. Communication was constant which was appreciated. From the beginning, Rose and Maria were professional, friendly and transparent with the materials and labor cost estimates for our project. They provided a very detailed labor and materials proposal. Before we signed, Jesus Alcaraz visited my home to inspect the scope of work and told me he would be in charge of doing the demo and install. Maria gave us a project timeline in advance. They showed up on time, professionally prepped the area to protect our floors and surrounding furniture, and the work followed the timeline exactly (except they finished a day earlier)! Jesus kept us informed and offered us options as the job unfolded. He actually did some improvements we didn't expect.
The entire process was flawless. They are "can do" people. 10 out of 10 for us!”
“Had a great experience with this company. They installed about 1500 sqft of luxury vinyl plank and put in new granite countertops. The workmanship was excellent. Ross at the store was also a great salesman. Had really good advice on which options to use and never pushed once, even though it took me a couple weeks to finally make all the decisions. The price was the best I could find. Overall, I would use them again in a second on my next project. Could not recommend them enough.”
