Deserves a zero negative stars this Kroger in particular. Kroger has a company some of the worst employees ever. The management that runs all the stores are a complete joke. This Kroger is no exception. You go in with the mindset. I'm gonna get everything I need for dinner or just a snack if you're in the store just walking around without a basket or a shopping cart they ask you to leave. The staff is overwhelmed on Monday morning at 7 AM or a Sunday afternoon at 12. Managers walk around seeing little things that need to be done. Look directly at an expired product and leave it on the shelf. I have shopped at this Kroger and also have been to this Kroger multiple times. Have had to return chips, soda, boxes of candy. And they give him my money back. But it's always with an attitude. And the people working at the customer service are disrespectful, rude, arrogant, no training whatsoever. Waste your money here is an ideal thing. Don't spend money. Stop at H-E-B or target. There you'll be treated well. And also, it's a location that needs to be shut down immediately.

The scales do not work at this place. You scan something and put it in the bagging area and 9 times out of 10 it tells you to scan “all items” it has no idea how much things weight. The machine is too loud and has never communicated properly with the debit card machine either.

I just want to give a big thank you to the Kroger Pharmacy and especially to the pharmacist, Leon. We came in after another Kroger pharmacy didn’t have my mother in laws prescription in stock. They called it in to this location, and Leon made sure everything was ready for us. He went above and beyond to ensure she got all the medicine she needed. Even when there was a hiccup with the digital system, he worked through it and got it fixed. His professionalism and care truly made a difference for us. We’re so grateful!

Frustrating that at night it's exclusively self check out. You would think they could at least have one lane open. This prevents you from doing bigger shopping trips there at night.

Anah provided exceptional service to me I came in to get some fried chicken and couldn’t find the Label and she went out if her way to help great service from this young beautiful woman her attitude was so customer friendly and I recommend anyone coming to this store to go through her lane. 10/10 service AND she also smells amazing!

Money Center had a young teenager working the desk by himself with no manager and no knowledge. Store manager couldn’t even figure out what she was doing back there. I got no help and walked out of there laughing. Feel sorry for the kid back there.

I have shopped here for 26 years. I have come to know the familiar faces of some of the staff. It feels like a small community in the store. Everyone is SO friendly and helpful. The selection just keeps getting better and better. It's more personal here and I like that.
