Made a pick up order from this store on Tuesday, paid it on Tuesday, they charged me again on Wednesday to finalize, it is now Sunday and I have still paid for my groceries twice. Over 20 minutes on hold with the only response being to call my bank (bank told me to call them in the first place). If you live in Texas, just go to HEB, because Kroger doesn’t value your time or money.
The girl in customer service kept talking in circles, then I requested a supervisor, who I never got to speak to, put back on hold, then hung up on all together after never receiving the information I was told I would be getting for my bank.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened as a Signature store. Over the years, the service has degraded. Since the Sterling Ridge store closed, this store has empty shelves for up to a week at a time. I have moved my shopping to HEB where the employees are enthusiastic and care about helping you out. The older employees at this store still know the definition of customer service. I tried the on line ordering and when i arrived, i found the younger employees rude and with and attitude. If I need something from Kroger, I will now go out of my way to shop at to the Loop 336 store in Conroe or Tomaball on Kuykendahl. It's always a battle when I shop at this store.

Bought one of the prepared dishes. I am not a cook. No instructions on how long, temp, etc. Back to HEB who has detailed instructions and food comes out right. Called store and asked, manager was nice but no ideas on cooking instructions or why they weren't on there.

I went to return an item and the Clerk Pamela, was very rude. She didn't try to help me, no thanks, not any friendly comment. She makes me feel very uncomfortable.

I need to grab something from kroger at 10:58 because it was the only thing left open. Prepared to be as fast as possible I run to the doors only to find out they were locked. I knock on the door and ask to run in real quick while they were still open. He proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t because they had already closed up. If the closing time was 11 O expect to be able to buy something until then. I was very disappointed and will not be going back.

Arrived about 7pm, got to the deli department where a worker was chatting it up on the phone. She got off the phone and told me they were closed. First, I have never seen separate store hours listed for the deli department which would be nice before I wasted a trip over there. Second I was there with my two kids and needed this meat before we left at five in the morning, so maybe just maybe she could have accommodated since she was already there doing nothing. Some people work all day and can’t come in the middle of the day. Post the hours so people know.

Good variety of products to choose from and the loyalty program is among the better ones. Watch out for the cheeses at this place - they kind a stand out.

Called customer service to resolve 2 gift cards that I bought defective.
I had cards, receipts, and activation numbers that I emailed to CS as requested.
That was June 14th. Since then I've been ghosted and all my follow-up emails have been ignored.
July 3rd, I still have not gotten a follow-up or resolution on my 2 gift cards that don't have a pin printed on the back. So now cards are useless and Kroger doesn't care!!!
Never buy gift cards from Kroger!!

Great selections, and great and friendly staff! Quick clean up too. My best friend barfed in the bathroom and they cleaned it up quickly and easily. Kids running around can be annoying though.

Gavin in customer service was extremely helpful and kind. When checking out, we accidentally paid with the wrong card, so he was able to refund us the full amount and recharge it to the right card. He made the whole process go by fast

Not going back. Although it’s closer and more convenient, it’s not worth going back. You have to use the app to get “digital deals” and the guest WiFi rarely works. I think they do this on purpose as the cell signal is terrible too. If I can’t use the app in the store it’s useless to me. They never have enough checkers and No peach cobbler was the last straw. Have the people that run this store ever been to a H‑E‑B?
