They have a return policy which is outrageous! They opened my toy in front of me after they offered and then they refused to return it when it broke five minutes after! Not acceptable, fix it.

The main reason behind the 1 star; my boyfriend and I walked into this new exciting atmosphere to browse at the fun little miscellaneous items they had to offer. Upon looking behind the register, we saw pokemon cards. (which are a popular trading card game). We politely asked how much they were, and to our dismay the woman who I assume to be the store manager abruptly gave us the price of $19.99! As well as a rude tone. First, what a scalping wannabe store. Second, when someone is polite to you and asks a question maybe be polite back. The energy I got from her was just as snarl as the prices. Be kind y’all🌝

Best children's toy store in The Woodlands! I am amazed by the selection and variety that they have. Every single time I go there I receive excellent customer service. I am always helped with different ages when I ask for gift ideas and the wrapping is free and beautiful. Thank you for stocking such amazing toys!

My wife and I have been here several times now and we absolutely LOVE the store.The owner, Jenny, was so helpful and guided us towards several toys for our 2 year old. The rest of the staff is also just as friendly and informative.We have bought several toys from here and each one has been a hit. There’s also some freeze dried candy that we recommend as well.Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this store to anyone with kids. These toys are not only fun, but educational, and at a great price.

The reorganize the store, now they have more products. The store has educational toys and also all the fidgets updated. My little one gave a tour around the store and explained every fidget and some toys. She saw it online. Staff very friendly and attentive.
