What a ripoff! Firstly, all of the candy is severely overpriced, but allowed my grandchildren to have a treat. Secondly, the candy that was purchased was teeth-breaking hard, which should not have been as it is normally chewy soft. Unfortunately, and unaware of the impending situation with quality from this "boutique" candy store, I said that I did not need a receipt when asked if I wanted one. Well, was I mistaken! Sadly, all of the rack was in the same state of excessive hardness, and I was told that I could not get an exchange for something else not so stale because I did not have a receipt in hand from a purchase made thirty minutes prior. I was not asking for my money to be returned, simply a credit toward another selection. No consideration was given by the checker/manager for a defective product. Never again!

The service was phenomenal but the product tastes like cheap chocolate and at 3-7 dollars PER chocolate I expected so much more. The macarons were very tough and I just gave all of it to my kids because kids will literally eat anything.

We’ve got 4 chocolate truffles, and they tasted just ok. But the price is not worth it. I would not buy it again.

Went to Lolli & Pops today in search of Heath Bars and Wonka bars, didn’t find either, what I did find was this mystery candy box, I do believe they said they got it from Japan, but it has some items I knew and other items I had no clue. The store itself is clean but a little cramped, they had several unique items such as the zag nut bar which you see in the beetle juice movie, a few walls of the bag your own candy, chocolates etc, so you pay by the pound, along with plenty of plastic containers of cotton candy. If your looking for something to get the sugar fix while you’re doing your Christmas shopping and you happen to find yourself near a Lolli & Pops store, swing in and see if anything catches your eye or satisfy your nostalgia from times past.Sadly, they do not have caramel apples though, plus they don’t seem to carry typical candy you might find at your local groceries, but there is plenty to choose from to satisfy your sugar craving while Christmas shopping.Of course if your lucky enough to spot one of these mystery candy boxes while you’re in the store, definitely grab it, makes for a very unique Christmas gift, and almost all kids love candy, add anime to it is just a bonus.

A bright and fun sweet shop! We took our teen in on their birthday to select some special sweets. They definitely have something for everyone and the staff members were helpful and friendly.

I happened to be in the Woodlands Mall today and wandered into this store. I'm on a diet that allows very little sugar so I rarely eat candy, but when I do I like to have the good stuff, particularly cherry and red apple flavored Jelly Belly jelly beans.I haven't been able to find either in my neck of the woods since there just aren't any decent pick and mix style shops, so when I saw the huge assortment of JB products at Lolli & Pops, I was quite pleased.Exploring the rest of the shop, I was pretty amazed at the variety of candies, both packaged and in bins. What really caught my eye were the "4D gummies". They came in several fruit and other novelty shapes, and they were so shiny that at first I thought they were wet and I was momentarily horrified--but no, they're just really shiny. Some of them had bits of something-or-other embedded in the centers, and it made for a very pleasing aesthetic. I didn't know that was important to me until today. I took a few scoops of different flavors to go with my jelly bean haul. Most importantly they were as tasty as they were pretty. Any less self-control and I'd blow my diet in a heartbeat.I'm not a big chocolate guy, but it was the same story with that section of the store, just a lot of very pretty candies. My wife *is* a big fan of chocolate, so she filled a couple of bags and was very happy with the flavor.Customer service was great. Fast and friendly, explained their rewards program clearly, and we were on our way.I didn't really pay attention to the prices of packaged candy, but at $16 and change per pound, the bulk candy is admittedly pretty steep, but you have to expect that kind of thing at a mall. If you choose wisely and stick to the higher end stuff, however, you can get a pretty good value. Especially if, like me, you can't find it elsewhere. In other words, if you're buying Skittles at $16/lb, you're doing it wrong.Like I mentioned earlier, I don't eat a lot of candy, so what I bought today will last months, but I'll definitely be going back to Lolli & Pops when I need to restock. If you're in the area, check it out!

Had a wonderful experience at this location. I came in looking for a gift but wasn't quite sure what to get. Tyler helped me find exactly the right thing. He was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I would definitely come back just for the customer service.

My husband and I went in looking for a gift for my niece on her 16th birthday... I walked in not really knowing what to pick out just knowing generally what type of candy she likes. I was greeted by Tyler who was extremely friendly and asked questions to get to know what and who We were shopping for. He offered great recommendations and helped us build an entire basket of candy. It was beautiful! He was very knowledgeable and eager to help me. I left feeling extremely valued and appreciated... I can't wait to go back and shop with him again for our next special occasion.
