I like the products but I was very uncomfortable walking around the store because it seemed like i was being followed by a male worker from the minute i walked in. he asked me about 4 times in the span of 10 minutes if i found everything i needed, and then also approached me with a female worker to ask me if i found everything i needed. By the time i was ready to check out, i felt kind of uncomfortable so i gave my friend my card and suddenly the same larger male with reddish eyes was checking her out, and she said that he was being standoffish as well. It just felt like i was being rushed out or they thought i was stealing :/ which wasn't awesome considering how pricey the merchandise is, but maybe i'm reading too far into things.

I went to this store to use my warranty and exchange a pair of pants. Unfortunately, the associate named Maria was very unprofessional and refused to honor the warranty. The pants themselves were also disappointing—after only three wears, they started showing white lines. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand, or at least this location.

I’m very disappointed in Lululemon for pushing extremely short and inappropriate shorts on young girls. I picked up my daughter and was shocked — the shorts she had on looked more like underwear than athletic wear. Girls look up to this brand, and it’s concerning that modest, practical options aren’t being promoted. Parents notice this. Please do better and offer styles that empower without exploiting.

I went to return a pair of shorts I bought last week at Lululemon with my receipt, but the store refused to give me a refund just because the item didn’t have the tag attached. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, and it was really disappointing. I expected better customer service and flexibility from a brand like Lululemon.

Older front desk lady was extremely passive aggressive and condescending. I love Lululemon, I’ve bought a lot of their products and I think they’re high quality but the customer service I received here had me shaking.
