Great variety of good and cheap clothes and was very organized. The line was long but loved very quick I had Lenor as my cashier and she was very sweet and made great conversation! Overall very attentive staff and happy with my visit I will be coming again

Disorganized shelves ,messy, long lines. Apparently they have reorganized the store but I find it is not much better . For the area being in the woodlands the store could be better.

Worst customer service ever. Trying to do a return and get merchandise credit and had 2 items to return. The cashier wanted to do 2 different transactions. This why we get flagged with no more return without receipt. Manager was no help all she said was sorry.

The comments of people complaining on here must be a bunch of Karens. Let me just say this store is GREAT. Yes it is overloaded and packed with so much but you can’t be the prices for good quality stuff they have.
Not to mention their fashion merchandisers are amazing, they carry great brands here.
The checkout is long even with 70% of the registers filled, just be patient. It moves quickly for the most part. Mid day the store will look a mess because the ones lined up outside before opening hours did their big one!
It’s a great store, the staff is helpful, bathrooms get messy per usual, but what do you expect this store is packed out from open to close!

Great store, extremely long lines, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or even longer to check out. Line is to back of the store on the weekends, makes me want to just put my stuff down and leave.

1 star only because I have to. Store total in disarray.Bathroom absolutely discussing.Smell of feces upon entrance to facilities.Entering bathroom used toilet paper on floors ,filthy to say the least.Business lost my patronage…absolutely disgusted w/ the smell.Upon informing the employee all I got was,blaming customer.It was obvious bathrooms had NOT been cleaned for days!Shame on HomeGoods in such a prominent area of Texas
