Tried to buy a jacket - it had no tag. They told me if I buy it, I would not be able to return, if needed,bc it had no tag. They could not provide me a tag. Crazy!

Timothy at the Oakley Store, The Woodlands, Texas was fantastic and an excellent representative of the Oakley brand. Back story - 11 months ago I purchased a pair of Flex 2.0 Oakley sunglasses from The Sunglass Hut in Humble, Texas. A few days ago I noticed a crack at the point the bow attached to the lense, but I take excellent care of these glasses and don't wear all the time. When I contacted the Humble store manager on the phone and then went to the store today both ladies gave me the same run around about an OOPS Warranty, I'd have to pay $117 for a new pair, and I should have brought them in 2-3 months after purchase - well there wasn't a crack 2-3 months after purchase, and there wasn't an OOPS on my part. Wanting a second opion I called Timothy at the Woodlands store and he said to come see him. I did and so very glad I did. He took one look at the issue, and handed me a replacement pair same model, etc. No hassle, no excuses, no accusations, just excellent customer service one should expect from a company like Oakley. Thank you Timothy!

Kendall and Timothy at The Woodlands Mall location are so friendly and helpful. I went in the store planning on just looking and due to these two employees I purchased 2 pair of sunglasses and some accessories. I wish every store had people like them to greet you and help you out. Best shopping experience in a really long time. As always Oakley products are top notch and I cannot say thank you enough for being so patriotic and kind to the military and first responder communities.
