“I am particular about how my car looks coming out of the car wash. Many times disappointed in lack of attention to obvious detail. The team many times seem to be distracted and not paying attention to the task at hand. However today, because I called out my concern to my car’s missed areas, Austin and Vicki came to the rescue. Professional and went right to work to make the missed areas corrected. Both were very pleasant and wanted to improve on my customer experience. They succeeded. Thank you Austin and Vicki!!!”

Big shoutout to Amy and Dwayne. Amy is always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help. She handles even the tougher situations like a pro and keeps things moving without making you feel like a burden. She absolutely deserves recognition for the way she takes care of customers.
Dwayne is the kind of technician you hope to get. He has clearly seen just about everything, but what stands out is how understanding and compassionate he is. He honestly reminds me of that favorite uncle you trust because you know he’s going to tell you what’s going on and take care of it right. When Dwayne has my vehicle, I feel comfortable leaving it there knowing it’ll be in good hands.
