She is very kind and attentive to detailed requests, making sure clients voice what they want for their hair. She provides a comfortable experience with a great scalp massage at the washing station. Jenna is absolutely wonderful and was able to set realistic expectations and exceeded them. She listens well and is an overall joy to work with. The salon is known for its warm and professional, personalized service, where clients feel comfortable.
