We loved our time at Primrose Creekside! The curriculum is top-notch. Our 3-year-old made significant progress on her letters, numbers, and vocabulary when she joined Primrose. And she had a blast! On weekends, she would complain because staying home is boring and school is fun. The staff was kind and gave her a warm welcome every day. You could tell that they genuinely cared about the students. Lastly, Primrose Creekside operates with efficiency and reliability. The communications are clear, and as a busy working parent, I knew I could count on them. We loved it so much that we enrolled in Primrose when we moved cities.

Couldn’t recommend this school more! We have been with primrose close to 10 years and have always felt that our children were in excellent hands. The administrators and teachers are all such caring and wonderful people! my children have also left the school 100% prepared for kindergarten. They really are the best!

As a parent the most important thing is knowing that your child is loved, nurtured, and educated. Primrose has exceeded my expectations. I no longer have anxiety about having my son in daycare beacuse I know he is in a safe place that truly cares for him in every aspect. He has thrived since he began attending last year and I look forward to having him attend until he begins grade school.Communication is phenomenal! Messages in the app are responded to quickly, phone calls are made if an incident occurs so you aren’t surprised at pick up if there is a bump or bruise (life happens when your have a toddler boy), and the teachers and admin are a cohesive team.Staff is so friendly. Since we enrolled there has not been a single time where my son and I have not received a warm welcome and friendly goodbye each day. When I first toured Mrs. Clayton told me the one thing I will never forget..“When your son comes through those doors, he’s our son too, we’re a family.” It’s not just something that was said, she meant and it shows every single day. My son loves his teachers, he hugs them when he leaves, he talks about them at home. It warms my heart and makes my soul happy. If you are considering a new school for your child and there is an opening, take it!Primrose practices what they preach and I am proud as a parent to say that my son attends!

Absolutely the best daycare! Every teacher is loving towards their students, and our child learns so much by going to school. They constantly have them doing planned small group activities which include dramatic play, math center, art center, and reading. We trust each person here completely. We had a horrible experience at another daycare in Creekside where there was very concerning behavior happening, and kids were glued to an iPad for hours at the end of the day (and this daycare had cameras, so makes you wonder why they didn’t try harder knowing people were watching). Primrose is a night and day difference. Our child used to cling to me and cry when being dropped off every day at daycare 1 and now runs in happily every single morning saying hello to all the staff along the way. We have a baby and toddler in the daycare currently.

In January 2020, we toured Primrose and decided to enroll our daughter for pre-k in the Fall. Fast forward- pandemic. We were hesitant to continue enrollment with all the fear surrounding the pandemic. However, the staff was caring and communicative throughout the year. We were so thrilled with the year she has spent there. The staff worked hard to reassure all parents and children during this difficult time. Communication was easy through their Procare app where they also share pictures and updates of their lessons learned. Most importantly, my daughter was excited to go to school to see her teachers and friends and we have been happy at the progress she has made with her learning. Overall we were grateful for the wonderful year she spent at Primrose in Creekside and we are thankful to the caring staff and teachers!

My kids have been at Primrose since they were born with the exception of a brief time when we moved. We started at Primrose Spring Klein, went to Goddard for a short time, and then back to Primrose Creekside. We have nothing but good things to say about both Primrose locations. I debated whether the cost difference was worth it and looking back I can say without a doubt that it is absolutely worth every penny. My oldest was reading before he turned 5 and that is due to his teacher at Primrose and the curriculum that they use. Furthermore, the director and staff are always knowledgeable, helpful, and really try to address issues and work with parents. 5 stars!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review...just to see if what Primrose was saying about our daughter was true (even though we knew it wasn't). It takes a lot for me to write a really negative review but this school was the most absolute worst experience. Let me break it down: 1) 25 toddlers to ONE class room...yes you read that right...25 toddlers. Every time I went to pick up our daughter it was complete chaos with tons of kids running around and the teachers (only 2 of them) looked completely burnt out and overloaded. 2) We were very honest with this school when we enrolled our three year old. She was delayed in her speech and due to being behind we wanted to enroll her in "the best school" with structure that will help her catch up. Of course we were assure by the administrators that "Primrose wants to be the best in Pre-K education" and therefore they really sold us on their teaching techniques and lesson plans. 3) They are way over priced and so are the uniforms the children have to wear. 4) After only 4 months we were told our 3 year old was too behind for them to teach her. The administrators painted our kid as unteachable and basically wanted her gone. 5) Our child was bit, scratched and pushed down (which I totally understand happens because they are all toddlers) but despite teacher admitting she didn't see what happened most of the time, she ALWAYS blamed our daughter. I even called her out on this several times and told the administrators that it was evident that teacher did not like our daughter as she was constantly being blamed for injuries that she was getting from other kids. The only positive out of all of this is that our kiddo is absolutely thriving in her new school. Her speech has improved tremendously and she loves going to school now. I'd also like to add that the school she is in now is just as structured and educationally focused but the classes are smaller and her teacher actually teaches! We were open and honest with her new school about her delays and they still embraced her just like every child that goes into their school. Its been a night and day experience and to see our kiddo now advancing and quickly improving in every area! It goes to show us she is fully capable of doing everything Primrose claimed that she couldn't at their school.

Our daughter has been at Primrose for almost 3 years now. We couldn't. have been happier for our choice in schools for her. Primrose has been nothing short of a blessing. I looked at 6 day cares/schools for her before I found Primrose in Creekside and I just knew it was the perfect fit. I felt confident in leaving my baby with these teachers and at the beautiful facility. The teachers are lovely - they are kind, they are smart and they care about our daughter AND they care about my family. I feel truly blessed that Blythe has had the opportunity to learn at Primrose and make her first and forever best friends. I have also met - what have become - my best friends, from volunteering for the fun events hosted at the school. Its a community and its a family and it's the best decision you could make for your young child. Thank you Primrose!

There is no better place than Primrose. Not only do they treat you and your children like family, but they prepare them for school. Mrs Rubendall did an amazing job preparing my daughter for kindergarten. She was able to identify her sight words and read basic books before starting kindergarten. She received all Es all year. I also have an 11 month old who is in love with all of her teachers. Going back to work was hard as this was my last baby, but they made the transition seamless. I could not be happier!

This is absolutely the worst daycare we have ever experienced! The Director and Asst. Director REPEATEDLY failed to report incidents to the child care licensing office as well as notify another child's parents that their daughter was touching my daughter. I expressed serious concern for my daughter's safety as well as concern that the other child was being hurt as well. The Director told me several times that she had talked with the girl's parents. However, after recently talking to the "offending" girl's dad, we found the other child's parents were never informed. Even after he and I questioned why there had been nothing done, the Asst. Director acted indifferent. I can't believe I trusted these people to keep my daughter safe! After contacting the Primrose Corporate Office, they told me that this Director and her staff should have reported EACH incident to the state licensing department as required (but of course they hadn't). Even the franchise owner called me and promised me that they had finally made a report to the licensing office - which also turned out to be untrue. When I called the state office to follow-up, there was no record of the incidents, despite the fact that this happened to my child over five times!Of course, at that point I reported the incidents myself and the licensing division made my case high priority. I also withdrew my daughter from this school. We came from a Primrose in Champions and they NEVER had these problems. I have shared my story with every mom I know to ensure they don't have to experience what we have. We have chosen to AVOID these centers owned by the franchisee due to the dishonesty from her and her staff: Primrose of Creekside Park, Primrose of Sterling Ridge, Primrose of Imperial Valley Primrose of College Park, Primrose of Spring/Klein.There are PLENTY of qualified licensed centers that actually care about the kids and not just their job and the money - ones that are actually managed properly and abide by state guidelines.DO NOT rely on a facility to report incidents. ALWAYS report incidents yourself to protect your child.
