Excellent child care facility! Both of my boys have attended for summer camp and daily daycare, and we’ve had a great experience. The teachers are attentive and caring—I’ve always felt confident that my boys were safe and well looked after. The front office staff is friendly, organized, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

Do like this childcare. Our little one is there since she was 8 weeks, she is 20 months now. Organization for the toddlers to shift every 6 months to the next group with more age appropriate activities is great. The staff is involved, the majority does their best and likes their jobs. They have pretty intense curriculums and activities in place. My baby almost always is in good mood when I drop her, she likes being there. The facility is very clean, organized, and light, as opposed to some others we looked at when making our choice. The food offered is also good. Both staff and management are responsive to concerns.

We absolutely love Primrose! The staff goes above and beyond to make my daughter feel loved and cared for every day. I can’t thank them enough for creating such a positive and nurturing environment! Highly recommend!

Very clean facility (this matters with the toddler crew a lot). I have found about 60% of the staff exceptional and in a labor market that I assume is near impossible to staff. Anyone I have had doubts about does not seem to last long. The safety guidelines are strictly adhered to. This particular building was designed to be a daycare from it's conception, which is nice in terms of security. Finally I like the hours. I have not needed the 6:30pm closing time every day but the times I have used it have made my organizing my day significantly easier than the alternative.

This is a very bad daycare, the staff is very unprofessional and irresponsible, my children have been seriously injured several times in the last two months, and they have been bullied by classmates. Several accidents have occurred, but no one has ever apologized to us, which makes me very angry

Primrose School of The Woodlands at Hughes Landing has been a great experience for my daughter! You can tell that the teachers truly care. They have a curriculum which I feel is making an impact and preparing my daughter for the next steps of her educational journey. English is not her first language and they took great care of her. Can't wait to send her back once all this COVID-19 craziness ends.

We have loved our Primrose summer camp experience for our 5 year old grandson! They have taken every precaution to keep the center clean and sanitized during Covid. We love his teacher Sophie R! Absolutely the best, so conscientious, keeps us informed throughout the day with photos and messages about what our grandson is doing. He loves Primrose and so do we! Thank you Sophie for going above and beyond every day!

I toured almost every single daycare in the area. This school is by far the best I have found. The staff is friendly and cares about the children. They communicate well with parents and also have an app to allow you to see photos of your child daily. I have been so happy with the school, teachers and staff. My oldest (almost 3) has been attending since they opened last year and I have been so pleased to see that Primrose hasn't had staff turnover (like many, many of the other daycares in the area). My youngest daughter is in the infant classroom and it has also been a positive experience....and I am pretty picky!PROS: Staff that I trust with my babies, nice, new facility, mobile app that keeps me informed real-time (diaper changes, how much of the bottle my daughter drank, photos), my oldest (can express how she) actually enjoys being at school, splash pad, educational activities, cleaning procedures which were already top notch prior to COVIDCONS: expensive (but you get what you pay for, right?)

We absolutely love Primrose Hughes Landing! We have 2 children that attend and they are learning so much. The staff is AMAZING and care for our kids like they are their own. Highly recommend!

Completely disappointed with the attention received summer camp 15-26 june. They have charged me 3 weeks instead of 2 (the ones that my kids attended) even they confirm me they were not going to do it. I remove my kids when they announce a father of a girl from the same class was positive in Covid-19.Apart from this incident, the food was awful, and even one day they had to remove it because it was in bad condition. The attention from the staff, was far behind the professionalism and passion I am used to from Primrose Sterling Ridge. So I cannot recommend Hughes Landing brand and I won’t return.
