I had a Horrible experience at this branch. I don't know why anyone would want to bank with this prosperity bank.
Long story short, one of their customers gave me a cashier's check. I went to the branch to cash to check because it was a large item that was sold They first of all charge their customer to get a cashier's check and then, secondly, they charge me a very high fee to cash the check and on top of that, they took forever to cash the check. I'm standing on the line for 30 minutes. for cashier's check its supposed to be like cash So embarrassing and then on top of that. They called other branches to verify...took forever.. Then on top of that once, they're counting the cash out to me after they finally scraped it up. They acsked to see my social security card.I've never experienced anything like that before in my life..Horrible experience. Im not sure why anyone would bank at this bank.

I go to this bank to pay the mortgage on our home every month never had an issue . Recently we had some roof damage and got a check from our insurance company to fix I went in to have the check endorsed so we can begin our roof repairs. I was told Betty Anderson would help me but all she did was call someone else completely ignore that I was sitting right there did not explain anything she was intending on doing . It was not until I overheard her say she is going to deposit the check into the home acct that I begin asking questions where she still pretended not to hear me or explain anything. I was able to leave with the check a ONLY because she couldn’t deposit it without my signature (since my husband bought the house) and both our names were on the insurance check but was fully ready to deposit without any explanation. We were able to talk to someone else at another location who was able to get check approved and walked us through the misinformation Betty was providing. Not sure why customers can buy a house or pay a house from prosperity but get this kind of treatment when it comes to fixing that house with the insurance we pay for. And why that treatment is allowed by Betty Anderson . Unfortunately I will not be returning to this bank not that they care but how unfortunate I have to go elsewhere cause clearly they don’t train their employees how to have basic manners. Worst bank ever … they never have any funds available even after you deposit money that ridiculous. This ladies inside don’t know what they are doing .. they need new management and better policies.. this bank has me back and forth all the time

Had account for 22 years ! Only issue is the limit of cash & when I asked for cashiers check they wanted to charge me for it! Not okay! My ? money there should not be an argument or fee when it is my money ?!

The bank rejected me twice on requests for loans. One of the primary reason cited was no significant deposits. I had a 40k deposit for several months and after the bank denied me loan, I pulled out the deposit. Now instead of considering the average balance, they just took a one time deposit balance and denied my loan request again. Neither is this branch helping me how to position well for future loans.. Sad.. Sad. They are not interested in building a long term relationship with the client.

1st time at this location to pick up a temporary card and was racially profiled while I was there. As long as I have banked with Prosperity, I have never had this issue at any other branch or anywhere else for that matter. Closing my account down and reporting this branch in the near future.
