Previously I've had fairly good experiences but my doctor told me they have been slipping lately and gave me print outs since they are not following the doctor's requests and doing all those requested tests.Today I signed in, and later saw on their malfunctioning screen that there's a list of people, my name wasn't on the list. I signed in again and it still wasn't. Because they don't have a person helping, just a tablet kiosk, I had to wait and ask someone that came out to call for other people. They then said I'd have to wait another 2 hours after that initial hour. That is insane for fasted testing. They should have fit me in but clearly they care less their technology failed.I'm requthat my doctor just find a new testing facility.

I refer to my phlebotomist as a Nina vampire! She takes blood and I never feel the slightest pain.

I wish I could remember the name of the nurse who drew my blood. She was wonderful and put my mind at ease! Please give her my sincere thank you if you can cross-reference my file with her name!

Waiting room was not over packed. Easy check in. Wait time was under 10 minutes. Tec was sweet friendly and quick. Also waiting room was clean.

I do not know the phlebotomist's name, but she needs a raise and an award for being the most gentle phlebotomist EVER!! I didn't feel anything and I've had blood taken MANY times since 2021. I was flabbergasted at just how gentle and truly amazing she was!!! Please... do something special for her! Phlebotomists like her are extremely rare!

No one likes to get bloodwork done, but Ms. Cortez took excellent care of me. I barely felt it and the switch between vials was seamless. I am so thankful. Her dedication to providing excellent service shows.

I scheduled an appointment for my mom today, who is visiting me from abroad. Her English is not strong, but she is very kind and willing to please. Since she has a blood disease, she is required to have regular tests done, so I did what we always do when she is here, which is make sure she is taken care of. Sending her to this location was a mistake. She mentioned that the staff was extremely rude to her, and that they refused to do her tests without a doctor's prescription. We have done it this way for the past 10 years and have never had a problem before. Instead of giving her a constructive reason and some help, they were unkind and useless. It is disappointing to see that some of the staff members working there do not have the decency to treat the patients with dignity and respect.

The credit card data that I used here was stolen and used down the street at Home Depot.1 star for corporate - please hire a receptionist! The staff is overworked

The ladies at this location are awesome and accommodating. They keep their word when they promise to call you and think out of the box for solutions.
