The BEST customer service you will ever receive at a jewelry store. They take pride in their product and reputation and it shows. My husband has bought me several necklaces, earrings and bracelets over the years. All pieces are unique and durable! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

I am so impressed with this shop, the jewelers and the owner. I had an insurance claim and they made it so incredibly easy. Mr. Robichau worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. I went to Thomas Markle first and while I had a good experience the first time, the woman I spoke to the 2nd time I visited informed me that I would have to pay up front and have the insurance reimburse me. Why would I do that when Robichau's makes it so much easier and are much more pleasant! Great local "gem"!

Had a great experience at Robichau’s yesterday. I went in to look at wedding bands and the saleswomen were very helpful. They let me try on a bunch of different rings until I found the one I fell in love with. They wrote down all of the ring’s info and even polished my engagement ring (that was purchased at another jeweler) free of charge. Will definitely be back in a few days to purchase my band and I look forward to doing business at Robichau’s in the future!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience buying an engagement ring at Robichau's Jewelry. From the moment I walked into the store, Shannon displayed the utmost care and attention to detail. From picking out the diamond to the finished product, Shannon was with me every step of the way. She found great prices on high quality diamonds and settings. The finished product is amazing! My fiancee and I could not be happier with her ring and it was all thanks to Robichau's Jewelry. 10/10 recommend!

Had a last minute sizing issue before wedding for a band I had gotten online. They stepped up and showed impeccable service and care. It was not a big fix, but they treated me like a valued customer. Easily won me over, will be back for any future jewelry purchases.

You truly cannot find a better jewelry store than Robichau’s. We worked with John and he was absolutely amazing! He literally found me EXACTLY what I wanted. Our friends have used them for years and always raved about everyone who works there. So friendly, amazing prices and they will get you what you are looking for! This is a beautiful jewelry store. It is well staffed with helpful, friendly, polite & knowledgeable people. They make jewelry repairs & interestingly, have an estate jewelry case, along with more modern jewelry. Incidentally, they have been voted Best of the Best in the Woodlands for the past 5 years. There's a reason for that!

I contacted Robichau's jewelry about a new ring for my wife and our 35th wedding anniversary. I spoke to Gail. Gail was wonderful and helped me create a new beautiful engagement ring. I really appreciated Gail's no pressure approach to helping me pick the right ring. I was amazed at the reasonable price and excellent service.

Oh my goodness, Robichau’s is amazing! John Robichau made sure I was taken care of with the absolute best service. He put a new loose Diamond into my solitaire wedding set, and it was completed same day within 2 hours after drop off. He explained everything about my new diamond. My heart is so happy that my husband and I were able to find a trustworthy and dependable jeweler. You will not be disappointed using them. Absolutely amazing!

I just want to say that I can not say enough good things about my experience here. My salesmen was Sidnei! She was great! Nice and courteous! She answered all of my questions, followed with me with when she said she would and also helped me navigate a very large sale with me living 7 hours away! She definitely went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. Robichau's, you have an asset with her on your sales team!
