Everything went great at the imaging center, it's the out of the country service center that's a joke. Can't get your information correct, can't schedule your appointment correctly, dogs barking, doors slamming and people laughing in the background. You are unable to call SimonMed directly. After a week, I still don't have test results. Not good if you may have cancer. Not too happy right now.

This is a terrible organization with every front and back office staffer comitted to NON CUSTOMER CARE.
I personally spent 2 hours on the phone setting up appt and trying to get cost estimate. Aetna rep spent another 2 hours on phone with supervisor (s) getting commitment on cost. Final cost was agreed.
Then when I showed up, they wanted to collect cost + $100 more. Onsite manager would not agree to talk to person in their organization who committed to the insurance agreed fee.
I had to get my insurance rep on the phone with the onsite manager to get agreement on the fee which was already agreed upon!

Within one week of getting orders from my doctor, I received at least 8 phone calls and 4 text messages to schedule my appointment. The first one was less than an hour after I left the doctor's office!After I scheduled the appointment, I received at least 4 reminders, with one including a reminder for a procedure I did not schedule.I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time like I was asked. I was the first person checked in when the doors were unlocked after I arriving at the time requested. Then I waited for over a half hour past my appointment time before I was finally called for something that took all of ten minutes.I won't be back.

I was not successful in getting an appointment, the person who answered me hooked me on the call and I often called and hooked me up, they have no patience for an emotionally ill person and it was rude

Pros my technician Lakiesha was very sweet and attentiveCons appointment took way too long because noone made sure my order was coded correctly other facilities ensure the orders are correct before patient arrives to avoid this. Why wait until the patient arrives to ask the Dr if the exams scheduled is what I should be having? All of this could have been done prior to my appointment so that wait times are not 4 hours+ Not to mention I never got to speak with the radiologist reading my exam because they were working off site. Makes you feel like a number and not a person

All was good. Except asked to be there 30 minutes early for the appointment and they were running behind and was not seen until after an hour I was there wait. I was not alerted they were running behind and to come a little later. Which would have been better for me.

This facility and the staff were all great! Their service was excellent and they made me feel valued as a patient.
