I've always had terrific service here and am a repeat customer. However, this time was terrible, I hate to say. The poor manager was training 2 new hires, in which one seemed really slow and did not know what he was doing underneath my vehicle. What usually takes less than 20 minutes took 1 hour and 15 min. Also, the guy who was supposed to ADD air to my tires actually took the air OUT so I just went next door and did it myself.
I felt bad for the manager who was sympathetic to my wait time but did not communicate to me what was going on. I had to ask myself.
Since I've had great service in the past, I will go back 1 more time. Hopefully they will have it together soon.
