My stepdad went to buy some medicine because he wasnt feeling good. They dint sell to him saying his ID was not acceptable because it was from Puerto Rico. I waited till i got off work and just went to another Target where they weren't discriminated. This is unnecessary since there was no reason for em to say the ID was not valid.

I gave 1 star for the only employee who was kind and helpful. I wish I could remember her name! To begin - don't shop there after 8p if you hope to try in clothes - we asked to try on clothes and we were told they had no keys to open the doors - "my mangers locked them in hopes that we won't be busy". No one opened the dressing room doors!At check out they only had self check out open - with SIX employees standing watching! So we asked if they couldn't open a couple registers - "no - it's protocol" - "you could've shopped the other 11 hours"... also when lights dimmed to notify it was 10 the employees whooped, clapped and hollered. Store was a MESS - and the employees had zero customer service. Never again!

Nasty store. Pharmacist was rude. Tried filling my dogs prescriptions and all she kept saying was what she couldn't do. I finally asked her for a solutions. Lacks customer service. Horrible store.

This store had nothing organized or any employees on their floor. I understand being understaffed but I walked around for 20 minutes and didn't see a single employee. Although cosmetics/makeup section was clean.

Worst location ever. If you're trying to call them 9 times out of 10 they won't answer and it will ring for awhile and then disconnect, other times you'll actually get someone to pick up and they hang up on you every time. So disrespectful and unbelievable that this location doesn't strive for excellent customer service, THIS IS THE WOODLANDS! Standards are higher, come on!

Worst target I have ever been to. Very disorganized and super dirty. I was surprise to walk in and look at everything being a mess especially since it's in the woodlands!!!

Whenever I try to call this specific Target to ask about in-store availability for a product listed online as being in stock (half the time, it's not on the shelves or in the back), I either get pushed to different departments on the phone, sent on a goose chase, or outright hung up on. Just this morning, I was calling to check the availability of a pair of shoes and the apparel phone line rang indefinitely until the line hung up on me. I tried guest services next, twice, and that line didn't even ring before hanging up the call. I don't mind being on hold, but being hung up on several times in just ten minutes is really unacceptable.

Anytime I have a order pickup the order magically is out of stock. I know the item is there because I just left and I end up having to go inside the store myself to pick the item. Store is clean and nice, but don't recommend order pickup.

As a loss prevention specialist, the number one product retention strategy for businesses is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Greeting your customers will ensure the longevity of your business but statistically will cut down on theft. Unfortunately this location scores an F as I passed 7 employees that did not greet me or ask me for assistance 2 of which were talking inappropriately about their personal lives. Additionally, environmental awareness scored low as 5 employees were observed on their personal phones (I know the difference between a personal phone and a proxy scanner). Store cleanliness was fair as product boxes littered the aisles in process of being placed on shelves but an obstruction to shoppers.

Don't waste your time! I tried to order a TV from this store, and the app said it was in stock. I made the purchase, great, chose to pick it up tomorrow. 30 minutes later I get a notification saying it's not actually in stock but I have the option to ship it to me directly. Okay, I tried this option. The app was glitching I thought, it wouldn't let me send the item to my address. I spent 30 minutes with some girl at the store who kept putting me on hold and couldn't figure out why they couldn't ship me the item. She gave me customer service's number after suggesting I drive 40 miles to another store. The girl in the Philippines couldn't figure it out either. WHY WASTE MY TIME WHEN YOU COULD HAVE JUST SAID THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK IN THE FIRST PLACE TARGET. Save yourself the trouble and try Best Buy for electronics. Customer service at Target is a joke.

I ordered online and picked up yesterday, and it was a bad experience. There are two reasons for this initial response: 1. The pick up experience was very poor. The lady who assisted me was very abrupt. There were two counters - one for returns and the other for pickup. This lady was behind the pickup counter and when I asked about pickup she pointed to a red spot which was the line for returns and abruptly told me to stand there rather then tell me that the returns counter was handling the pickup. She then assisted me when it was my turn and then told me to stand at a particular spot till she got my items! 2. I ordered two items and one is broken. My order number is 1068434956855. Very disappointed and now I have to run around to replace this! ---------------------------------------------- Target's response to my concerns was phenomenal and they replaced the broken sponge holder. Hence I have changed my rating.

Target must have changed managers. Yesterday I went in there and took the manager on duty at least 14 to 15 packages of Mucinex DM that had been expired more than six months that was still on the shelf! Only two of the entire two sections of this over the counter medicine was not expired. When I shop in any store and buy perishables I expected them to Not be expired! I gave the entire expired products to the store manager. This is their one shot at bad mistake and hopefully they will make things right! There are plenty of other stores in our area to shop in that do not have expired perishables! Get it together Target!

Always rude. Guest service center always asks annoyed and lacks so much respect in customer care. One of the worst stores I've been to. Personal experience has 100% always been negative. Long lines. And superrrrrr slow service. Not to mention the ATTITUDES these people have. Good Lord. Not to mention the HORRID bathrooms, and the fact the store is completely a mess ALL THE TIME. This target is actually equal to a small town Walmart so sad.

Consistently over the last few times I've come in here, employees are not enforcing customers to wear masks inside the store. Today I saw the person at the door just let someone in without a mask and didn't even care. It's unfair to those of us who are complying and wearing masks.
