I usually enjoy shopping at Target, but this visit was frustrating and disappointing. When checking out, the older lady cashier was warm and chatty with the customer in front of us, but when it was our turn, she wouldn’t even look at us or say hello. The only thing she said the entire time was, “where is the ID for this,” when we were buying medicine. I said thank you at the end and she didn’t even acknowledge it—just stared off in another direction. The shift in attitude was obvious and made the interaction feel unnecessarily cold and uncomfortable.
To top it off, the store itself was a mess. There were boxes scattered everywhere, shelves were low or out of stock, and some aisles were so cluttered you physically couldn’t walk down them. Really disappointed in the overall experience.

I had called 3 times to get a hold of someone at the electronic department. A representative pick up and hang up the phone on me without saying anything 3 times. Very bad customer service and disrespectful. This place do not care about the customers.

I normally don’t like to write bad reviews. We found a phone case that we wanted to buy. One of the employees in the electronics department kept saying that the case is trash and it will need to be replaced in a few months. We still wanted to buy the case because we can just buy one again if we need to. They proceeded to say that it wasn’t smart to do that and we should buy a otterbox but as we said we want the one that we had. They made their coworker go show us the otterbox’s. It seemed like they weren’t going to let us buy it.
After they started asking who we have a phone carrier with but we were fine with who we have and kept insisting that their phone service was better.
Seems like they felt the need to sell something. I only wanted to come into target to buy a phone case.
As a person in sales, if you can tell that someone doesn’t want to buy something stop trying to push it onto them.

We get certain beauty essentials like Waleda food cream(which is my favorite hand cream) and No.7 from Boots only in this store. I bought 3 bottles of handwash and though the offer for getting a $5 gift card with this had expired, one of the manager honored it and gave me a $5 gift card.

I shop the Target at Woodlands. They have wonderful employees. They have the biggest smiles. The best attitudes whether they are helping ppl or just working. I enjoy my experience there & come back instead of Walmart. Target has much nicer items.

No seating in the men's shoe section to try anything on! Employees were nice, though. This store layout is kind of odd, especially with only one entrance/exit to the store.
