Used to love container store. However it seems they've changed the whole Elfa system and can't find anything I need to extend what I already have. Then when it's obvious you need need assistance 4 employees can stand around talking to each other and not bother to offer assistance. Not smart with Amazon around. My last time here for sure having shopped it quite a bit over the last 20 years. First time I've walked out with nothing and not been offered assistance.

They have a nice variety of organizers and have display ideas for organizing closets. We couldn't find what we were looking for. We were looking for some drawers. Their products are mostly plastic. They barely have anything made with wood.
The prices are high but seemed made with good quality materials.
An employee kindly helped us to find something similar to what we wanted.

My mother and I were not greeted, but when someone else walked in right behind us, she was immediately greeted and asked how she could be assisted. I walked the entire store, and not once was I asked if I needed any help finding an item. Comes across as if the store reps are selectively greeting individuals who they feel might belong in that store.

At best, this store needs to fire its manager Daniel and at the very least, provide a full refund for the two items I attempted to return. I opened one box, and the item was damaged and not what I expected. Daniel accused me of switching out the new damaged item with something older because the box mislabeled the color of the item. He opened the second box, and it was also mislabeled, and he still refused to provide a refund. He rudely informed me that I would need to take this matter up with the general manager and demanded that I leave the store. I will definitely discourage others from visiting this location.

Went to the container store at 1455 Lake Woodland Dr,The Woodlands,TxManager has never heard of Bliss containers when I asked for help. He couldn’t stop what he was doing to assist me and the girl with braided pig tails couldn’t be bothered to go help eitherMy company buys a lot of product here. What is going on with in store customer service? This is pathetic and unprofessional on all fronts.

One of the smaller ones I’ve been to but they seem to cover all the bases. Still a little more pricey than your average department store but you can find everything storage in one place.
