“I have been searching for the “Berg” ecig juice for ages. I’ve stopped by tons of shops in Houston and spring to no avail. Finally I found Smoke Shack on Louetta, it has a bit of a run down appearance from the outside, I was skeptical they would carry the juice, but I was on a mission to find it lol.Entering I found a clean well organized vape shop, and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a super helpful employee, Dustin. I explained that I’ve been hunting for this echo juice for ages, he told me he could order it for me! I asked him to get me 6 bottles, and sure enough he texted me a week later telling me he got it in stock for me! Truly awesome customer service! I won’t go anywhere else for my ecig supplies again! Dustin is the man, thanks again!”

“I popped in since this is v close to me. Solid selection, not a huge store but carry most known brands.
The main thing I liked is their loose and unwrapped cigars still have good moisture and texture. They obviously keep the humidor mostly closed and at a perfect humidity. Other places are hawking dried up cigars, very unpleasant so its great to see it done right.
Edit: i'm mid smoke (Liga Privada no.9) and its the best Liga I've ever smoked. I can only credit this to the way its kept in the humidor - its nice and springy when I squeeze it and the flavor is exactly as it should be.
Definitely coming back!”

“I’ve been to a few smoke shops on Rayford and Smoke Shack always seems to have the best customers service. That’s what keep customers coming back. Mattie & Delaney were very helpful and always have that same attitude. I’d preferred to drive a few miles up the road to purchase from this store than some others, especially over Legends High End near the Grand Parkway. They offer suggestions, they greet each customer and are always willing to help and share their personal preferences and recommendations. I’ve went here, more than a few times, over the past year and it’s never any issues. I’d definitely recommend this store.”
