“I have been searching for the “Berg” ecig juice for ages. I’ve stopped by tons of shops in Houston and spring to no avail. Finally I found Smoke Shack on Louetta, it has a bit of a run down appearance from the outside, I was skeptical they would carry the juice, but I was on a mission to find it lol.Entering I found a clean well organized vape shop, and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a super helpful employee, Dustin. I explained that I’ve been hunting for this echo juice for ages, he told me he could order it for me! I asked him to get me 6 bottles, and sure enough he texted me a week later telling me he got it in stock for me! Truly awesome customer service! I won’t go anywhere else for my ecig supplies again! Dustin is the man, thanks again!”
“I stopped in during the middle of the day and it appeared there was an employee being trained. Regardless, they welcomed me in the store and they were very kind to me. I got what I needed and the place was very clean and organized, unlike many others I’ve been in. I really recommend this store for all of your THC/nicotene products.
