I arrived 5 minutes before closing and two employees asked if I was looking for anything in particular. They were very kind and helped me find both wines, and checked if they had one of the wines I was looking for with a ladder. I just wanted to be quick and not inconvenience anyone but they were super helpful and had amazing attitudes, even getting me to stay past close to help me find everything I came for.

We tried 4 other local liquor stores in the Woodlands area to find the City Orchard cider local to Houston and Total Wine was the only place that had it. We were able to find what we needed and it was a great price as well. I also saw a few other local breweries represented.I was impressed with the number of sampling stations all over this location - my home location has a similar selection but not that many samples.

I believe it's the best place to buy wines and spirits, great prices, an incredible inventory, and up until today, I would have said that the service was excellent as well. However, today at the Woodlands branch, I had the misfortune of encountering an employee who may have had a bad day, and after purchasing 18 bottles, she didn't think it was right for me to take 3 boxes of liquor (I have 3 storage spaces at home) and made my wife return a box of Tito's vodka (even though we offered to pay for the box if necessary). Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and couldn't find the manager. What bothered me the most is that while my wife was talking to the cashier, she turned away and left her talking alone. I'm a frequent customer and will likely continue to be, but I think these attitudes don't help at all.

This place is amazing. The first time I went we were stocking up for a family trip with some friends to Barton Creek. While perusing for wine, almost immediately a young lady asked me if I needed any assistance. I described our wine needs for the week. She picked several bottles for us, and they were amazing!! The cost was also impressive because I was certain we would spend more money. It was terrific wine, at a very reasonable price!! Thank you!!!

be careful making purchases here. They sell some low quality items and then discontinue them so that you can't return them.

So totally great prices very decent. Now when it comes to this staff each time I have come in to spend my money but clearly my choice they are RUDE RUDE RUDE from mgmt. down to the cashier's. Not sure if it's just me or what because when they interact with other customers all of a sudden customer service becomes quality.

It's like dying and going to Liquor Heaven. Hands down most selection I've seen at any liquor store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable.

The person who claimed that racisms occurred here have 13 one star reviews where in 6 she claims racism or something near. It should be taken with a grain of salt and they should feel bad about making false accusations that make everyone less likely to believe real cases of racism.This is the largest wine selection in the woodlands as well as one of the larger hard liquors and beer selections. There is also a walk in humididor. It's a one stop shop.If you expect associates to walk up to every customer, sure you might think the service is bad. However if you act like a 21 year old + adult and ASK for help the sales associates answer almost every question I've had, multiple times. Be an adult, quit being a baby and crying racism every time you don't ask for help.

My first time in here and holy-smokes was I impressed. They literally have everything, and the atmosphere is totally unlike that of Specs. Lots of shopping and interesting finds.. Great cigar collection in a perfectly maintained humidor... The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. The woman helping me was so nice.. I love this place.

Well there are liquor stires and tge there is Total Wine.Superb cusromer service, and dedicated attention to the customer.Yesterday bought a couple of bottjes of wine plus aome scotch, ans a bottle of Polish vodka. When I got home the unimaginable happened, while walking through the door the vodka bottle just ripped out through the bag. it was glass and vodka all over the place.Went back to the store. they were surprised I was back. Upon explaining what happened they simply said, just get another one on us. no problem. Wait. What? Really?YES!!!That's what I call customer service.There is no other liquor store fir me.

My very first time here and so happy I came! Looked up prices and TW&M were the cheapest for the item. There was a great selection of Moscato wines and I ended up trying a new one that I hadn't heard of.Great store layout, friendly and helpful staff!Most definitely will return from here on out!

Always has what I need, and also a lot of what I do not need but get anyway. I like to try one new thing each visit because there is just so much to choose from. Makes me feel like a kid in a candy store.
