So many issues, too many to mention. Great office staff, bad management with Greystar. Security issues are at the top of the list but also issues with water leaks, etc.Good place to get a registered vehicle towed.

Awesome place to live! So convenient to town center and all of the restaurants at Hughes Landing. Plus plenty of workout shops, grocery store, coffee shop etc! The amenities are also top notch! Lake view at the pool and gym. A bocce ball in the courtyard.. sky view lounge on the top floor good for parties.. wine storage! And a game room with a sports simulator! And above all that, the leasing staff and maintenance staff are not only awesome and helpful, but they are also some of the friendliest folks you will ever meet! You will love it here!

Beautiful design and location, just a few concerning security problems. Have been living here since the beginning of 2022.It’s a little pricey, but given location and design, I feel the $3,800 monthly is reasonable. I’ve only seen one other review that mentioned the multitude of car break ins and stolen vehicles that happen with a fully automatic gated parking garage. With any apartment complex, you can expect criminal activity, but given the price and “luxury” stamp of these apartments, you think they would care more. The issue still persistent regardless of the 15+ vehicles that have been broken into this just year (there were break-ins the previous year). They refuse to put any sort of cameras in the garage, but they have hired “security” that occasionally sit at the entrance and watch all vehicles drive in without any sort of stopping and monitoring for tags. He didn’t last long, maybe one month before we didn’t see him anymore. Not to mention, the homeless they found sleeping and eliminating himself in our cowork area. Chance it if you will, they’ll give you tons of social entertaining days with alcohol ??♀️

A fantastic property - beautiful, well maintained and operated by an A+ and responsive team. Great workout facility, excellent pool and the best in the Hughes Landing area! Kylie was great from the first call all the way through ending our lease (sadly) due to moving. We were sad to go and would return for sure!

Nice place to live and nice staff but I've had 2 motorcycles stolen from the gated garage and management seems to place security as a low priorityUpdate: It's been a year later and now 15 cars have had their windows broken into. Still no change in the security. If you value your automobiles, look at additional options.

Without any security, on 10/13 there were 14 vehicles with broken and stolen windows! It's absurd that the condominium doesn't put security on site and cameras, there's no way you can live in a beautiful place and have this type of situation.

Serious security issues for a property that's very expensive with no signs that Hughes Corp is going to correct some simple issues. Along with One Lakes Edge, consistent garage break in type incidents occurring. Also issues with maintenance and bait and switch tactics with leases. If you rent, don't pay $200 per month for reserved parking! You don't need it and once you do, they claim it's tied to your lease. Also, very high amenities fee along with other surcharge. I could go on and on...

I recently moved in and wanted to share my experience. The leasing process was smooth and easy. The property itself is one of the best in The Woodlands. I want to give a Shoutout to the Leasing Agent Brooke who made our move very easy and was very helpful throughout the process. She showed us different options when selecting a unit and tailored our selection to the best apartment available. Excellent customer service!

I recently had the unfortunate and fortunate experience of residing in this mid-rise luxury apartment complex, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with potential renters as someone who had a great first encounter. While the building itself boasted many appealing amenities and a visually appealing view of the lake, the overall impression was marred by the condescending attitude of management and the horrendous communication style exhibited by the front staff. From the beginning, my interactions with the previous front staff from 2021, left us feeling comfortable and welcome, as if their main goal was to remind residents that we were more than "mere tenants”. This sentiment changed swiftly as we neared the end of our lease. With the current front staff at hand, their communication style was purely lackadaisical and sloppy. Was this style coming from management, or was its management rudimentary coaching that led them to this disarray of communicating? We will never get that answer but the answers we got from the front staff fall short of a luxury apartment ensuring you are taken care of.If that was not the worst of it, Two Lakes management team had a hard time comprehending basic concepts, which led them to trying to gas light us. It was as if we were conversing with an individual who was trying to find their maturation process while in their role. It's vital to remember that as paying residents, we should be treated with respect and courtesy, not condescension. It's astonishing how such a beautifully designed building can be tainted by the arrogance and incompetence of its staff and management. Luxury living should encompass more than just aesthetics; it should also provide a positive and respectful living environment. Unfortunately, this complex failed on both fronts. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering living at this mid-rise luxury apartment complex to think twice. On the one hand you will undoubtedly enjoy the convenience and luxury the building itself can provide. On the other hand, be prepared to deal with the grievances mentioned in this review or don’t be surprised if you have these encounters firsthand.

The most luxurious apartment complex in The Woodlands. Overlooking the lake and town center. A 10 minute walk from Northshore Park and next to the strip of nicest restaurants in The Woodlands.

I recently moved into Two Lakes Edge apartments in The Woodlands, TX, and I am thrilled with my decision. Sharda, one of the employees, was incredibly helpful in showing me the apartment and getting everything set up. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and made the process super easy and stress-free.The property itself is fantastic. It's located in an absolutely beautiful area. The apartment is big, modern, and well-designed, with great finishes and appliances. The amenities here are top-notch. The fitness center has everything I need, and the pool and lounge area are perfect for relaxing. The staff are super nice and helpful (Sharda, Calvin, Kylie, and Brooke are awesome!).Overall, I highly recommend Two Lakes Edge apartments to anyone. Thanks to Sharda and the team for making me feel welcome!
