I came into the store and in the matter of seconds Micheal greeted me. He help me find the shirt and size quickly. He’s great at his job and I’ll definitely shop here again and share my experience with my fellow men in my life.

I just went to your shop at Woodlands Mall and I get the worst service of my life. This lady was rude and make me left three shirts on the counter. A lot to improve.

I’m a habitual online shopper because I hate trying things on and shopping in general. However, Michael has changed my mind on the process, at least when it comes to Untuckit. He and his staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process pain free. Michael was able to help me find my correct size and even let me exchange some improperly sized shirts. Best of all, he gave me some good style tips. I will always do my Untuckit shopping in store now. Highly recommended!

I came here because I specifically wanted shirts that would look well on me untucked and the store lived up to it's name. The slim fit + performance material made the shirts and pants feel wonderful without the feeling of being too tight or restricting movement.Additionally, the guidance received from Michael was great as he was very attentive, informative, and helpful.

I have lost a significant amount of weight in the last two years on my journey to live healthy. Just happened to wander into UNTUCKit cuz I had seen there ads and have not shopped for new clothes since losing 100lbs, but wifey said it’s time to buy some stuff that fits. Michael was eager to help me. The amount of details he went through was exactly what I need such as the type of fabrics, the type of fits ,what would they should feel like, he even delved into what I did for work, how active I was going to be in each outfit. The man was sent by the universe to me. He quite literally picked out my new closet and then would reassure me and showed extraordinary patience with me (as I’m still getting use to 36 slim from a rather large 46) and fitnent and look. I will only buy clothes from UNTUCKIT solely based on my interaction with Michael! Thank you so much brother you have literally changed my style and restored my confidence! ??

Received a package - not my name, but my address. I called. It tool multiple calls to get passed the automated service. Finally spoke to a person. gave her the order number and name. Asked her to reach out and give my cell to the buyer. I would be happy to have them pick up the package or give it to the guard at the gate and they could get it from him. Agent asked me what my address is. I gave the address and reminded them its the address on the package. She asked me for my name. I gave her my name. She stated that is not the name on the order. No, ma'am it is not. She asked me if I wanted a credit. Ummm, it's not my order. I can leave the package on the porch so your customer can pick it up. She said she has my address as the ship to address. She stated that she has an email and asked me to verify my email. I did, she stated that is not the email on file. I'M NOT THE CUSTOMER.Customer service stated that for their customers safety - they would not do this. I would need to hold the package and they would send me a return tag. Then I could drop off the package to be returned. Once the package is received, I would be credited for the return. IT IS STILL NOT MY PACKAGE, I DID NOT PAY FOR IT. I JUST WANT TO GIVE IT TO THE BUYER. Then she stated if something happened to me that I could sue her. Look, I'm just trying to be a good neighbor and get them their package. She then stated that she will need to hang up on me now because I am not listening to her.

My husband is a large man (heightwise mainly) and this is literally the only place we buy his shirts. The performance shirts in particular are great for travel any genuinely require zero ironing
