I sent personal documents a month ago and they have not been delivered. I had come and ask several times and spoken on the phone with so many people and everyone says something different about it. Today, I received that my documents are lost. First they said it was customs, then that the invoice was not correct since they sent them as a a product that I was “selling” instead of documents, then that it was not describen properly the item, then that they needed a tax number, today people had confirmed I haven’t provided the tax id when I have done it at least 3 times. Terrible service and I lost my original documents including my marriage license. AVOID using UPS.

As soon as I pulled in to walk in and open the door he turned off the light.
He did that.So I wouldn't get out of the car to go in, because then I saw him three minutes later walk to the door and lock it

I went to this store last Saturday to send some important documents to my boyfriend . I paid 23 dollars to have them get to him by Wednesday. Today marks one week and it still hasn’t arrived and when we tracked it there still is not a delivery date it still shows in transit. I called the store and was told that delivery time was not guaranteed. So basically I paid 23 dollars for nothing. I could have sent it in the mail with a stamp and had it arrive quicker! I should have been told that this could happen because then I would have never paid for this !

Fast and friendly service. I will definitely come to this location for any UPS service I need and Amazon returns.

BEWARE!
The store claims to accept USPS packages too, but then USPS never receives the item. I dropped off a UPS pre-labeled package, and since the kid at the front said they also accepted USPS packages, I left them both with him. Now the package is lost and USPS is saying they never received the item. I called the store and all they said was that it had left their facility and that I should call USPS. Do not leave anything at his store without them giving you proof of receipt because it will get “lost.”

I want to take a moment to recognize Jay from the UPS store. He is always incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond to help me with my packages, making the whole process easier. Jay consistently delivers outstanding service, and his dedication is truly impressive. The management should definitely acknowledge his hard work and dedication. It’s employees like him that make a real difference!

Just tried to renew my box for 1 month again as the previous month. Was told they only take 3 months at a time, and that the previous person was wrong that had been letting me renew per month. Also paid for 2 copies with cash and was told they didn’t have change, so was inconvenienced at that also.

Usually we never have an issue with this location but going forward we really have to make sure the workers on competent with their job or choose another shipping company all together. USPS may take longer but at least their staff and customer service is more helpful. We dealt with Kevin at this store on May 6th between 12 and 12:05pm to ship an international package via UPS expedited worldwide to arrive before Mother’s Day. They have always taken our former invoices, and we asked Kevin if he needed the invoices (since they have always been taped onto the package in past experiences) to which he replied no. I guess never assume they are correct because we thought maybe they changed their technology where they no longer needed the additional papers but now no one, not the store or customer service can locate the package that says it’s still just dropped off.

Went in to mail a package today and was greeted by a group of the friendliest kids!! I'm old, so everyone is a kid to me!!!
I was making a return and they were all so helpful and pleasant.
It just made my day!

One star because I can't give zero. Paid $80.74 to overnight time-critical docs for 9:30 AM delivery this morning to my accountant. Tracking since 9:59 PM last night to now (12:27 PM the next day) only says “Sorry,” with no indication where the parcel is or when or if it will deliver. Next time I’ll drive it there myself. I have always appreciated UPS; this is a surprising, total fail. Update, 50 hours after dropping off docs: still hasn't delivered. I went to ask for a refund at 3:30-- they close at 4 on Sundays, or are supposed to-- and the store was closed. Figures.
